Love Jib Jab with just a couple of exceptions when I was on a few yrs ago you could adjust the head photos more realistic and we are a family of 6 and all programs only allow up to 5 these are reasons I dropped out of the Jib Jab family before so I thought I would try again hope a few changes are in the future every one that I do send to loves it! Someone, somehow used my credit card for a subscription to JibJab. Though I admire their taste, I don't appreciate having to pay for something I had not ordered. I contacted JibJab about this problem and within one day they resolved it for me. What a great company to deal with!
I un joined faster than I joined... I thought the fee was for cards and its not... you have to pay a fee to join then pay for each card... The cards may be cute but not worth all that... I'm just disgusted!
My students love when I make a JibJab for them. I do think the price is sufficiently expensive to not have to pay additional money to download videos however.

I purchased a JibJab membership last Christmas and had a lot of fun with making cards etc., and felt it was well worth the price. I had recently lost my husband and it was almost like travelling back in time with the animated cards. After Christmas I pretty much forgot about the site until today when I was updating my banking and realized that I had been automatically billed for a membership renewal. I contacted JibJab support and told them that I was unaware of the auto renewal and requested a refund. The process was very simple and I received a positive response withing half a day. A customer can't argue with good service like that. I think that now a days this customer service is a most welcome surprise and I am truly grateful as I live on a senior's budget.

Very easy to navigate & make videos and cards. Everyone that I have sent one to loves it. One couple, who just recently moved to Japan for a two year Marine tour... told me they are going to use their JibJab video as their online e-card Christmas card... how cool is that?!

I needed to cancel my yearly subscription to JibJab but was unsure how to go about it. Within an hour or two the issue was resolved *and* my money was refunded. The eficiency and friendly nature of the emails was a nice bonus.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
