The videos were awesome but when I signed up it said the price was $1.50. The amount by account was actually debited was $18.00... not cool.

I had a simple request. I sent one e-mail and within a very short time my request was handled. Unheard of these days. I'm a fan!

I have made multiple e-cards and they are funny and well received. Brighten your day by making one, and brighten someone else's when they get it.

I have enjoyed JibJab, and the family has had many a laugh. The customer service is excellent, and that is indeed a rare thing these days.

I had a little trouble putting the photos on a card with more than 1 Face on ya card at first, but then I get the hang of it.

Not what i had thought it would be like. I want to cancel the payment. I do not know what else to put since this needs one hundred characters.

Like the dance videos you have. Cannot find all of my past videos I have made. Could be because I cancelled my subscription at one time.

Jibjab ad exactly what i was looking for so much so i wanted to do more but or the additional videos i was hoping to find were not there.

Easy to set up with photos. Wish you had more holidays videos with 2 people to put photos in. Just me & my wife to send vids out in.

It's ok - we enjoyed it - but it is too expensive - not keeping it.

I loved making birthday cards for my family and my kids continue to make cards for fun. We plan to use it a lot this year.

This is lots of fun and I know my Dad will love it. It was very easy to use considering it was the first time I have used it.

Fun to do for and with grandkids. Would like to see more dances, songs from 60s70s. Like having five faces. Love the elves. Thank you.

Bad experience because i was charged for a year in a site who doesnt have a month price... u guys need to make more atractible

After writing to the JibJab support team yesterday, I awoke this morning to find a response from a JibJab support team member, Heather. I am VERY satisfied with her efforts to resolve my issue.

Love to make these ecards to send to friends and relative!
They are always a big hit.
Do not like the reoccurring payment feature though...

Iam so happy same as with my grandkids in the Philippines to see them in their funny costumes while dancing and singing. So much fun!

I used to be able to download a video file to keep or insert into Powerpoints etc but find this is no longer possible... dissappointed.
