I'm not happy with the positioning of the mouth, it's just a straight black line and it isn't consistent with where it's positioned on the faces.

Didn't like that I ended up signing up for automatic renewal without an option not to? I will renew, but I may change my payment option.

Love this site have used this site quite a lot and got my sister into using it as well and she loves it like I do.

You need to create more videos with Christmas themes. Videos need to be funny, witty and clever. You have something good here but it's getting stale.

Customer support & service is very quick & efficient. When I was no longer using Jibjab I had no problem cancelling my account & getting refund.

I love jib jab but somehow I managed to have 2 accounts due to my error. I contacted them and they refunded my money right away.

I made lots of personalized cards for my friends and family for the holidays. They all loved and thanked me from the bottom of theirs hearts...

Had trouble emailing it out the first time, but later it worked ok. It was a very fun family video to send to friends and family.

It is such a thrill to be able to reach out to family and friends to send holiday wishes to many with this very convenient format.

I would prefer to pay a small one-time fee as opposed to having to sign up for a year but otherwise, it was a fun experience.

It is great fun creating videos and the way this application is designed, make it easy and simple, in my case it is a good therapy, thanks Jib Jab

My children and I had plenty of fun putting the clip together. There were plenty of scenes to choose from and it was easy to make.

The wonderful person I was talking to over email was the best part the rest was ok once things were fixed thanks have a great summer

JibJab gave me a super fast response and refund no questions asked. I had forgotten that I had an account and had agreed to auto renew.

Need to find out how to save Til ready to send? Otherwise great and hilarious fun to create an alter ego... love to make people laugh.

There was a problem with the billing to my account. It was resolved very quickly. Love JibJab, we have had a lot of fun with it.

I love to see the smiles of the recipients when they see their faces on the cards dancing around. Also, they make me smile as well!

I WAS ANXIOUS TO USE JIB JAB, but would not work on my computer at all. I waited a couple of days and still it did not work. I tried to cancel, but do not know if it did.

I signed up for a rolling year (which I didn't realise at the time) and the person reviewing the card had to pay to view it!
