Through the computer does not go to save the video. Very few of the videos at that price. Expensive. Inwant my money back

Easy to use and so much fun to make these very funny cards to send to friends and family! The only problem is that I can not stop!

Just paid for subscription and can't log in again to my account since I did the payment. It's not the first time I subscribe to the JibJab services.

When I try to send a new Card the wrong face comes up. I tried several times and it adds a face of someone I do not know.

I had some issues for my account and contacted the team. I was very impressed with how quickly it was taken care of and with a friendly attitude.

JibJab can be fun, but watch out for hidden cost. If you want to download a JibJab, it is $2.00 that is in addition to the subscription cost!

Love this site - being able to add photos to great videos makes them really special and hilarious! Glad I joined - I will be using this site a lot!

While I adore these cards I was surprised that when I actually joined for real I still had to pay extra for the downloads. Seems like a rip-off.

It was fun and easy to make a video to amuse all of my family. I will be doing it again. Hope there is a birthday video available.

I paid 1.99 for a video and my bank was charged 38.00 continually for subscription I did not authorize. Didn't even get the stupid video I made. Scam

Love their variety and options... 100 characters min. Required for review, annoying. Really annoying

Someone used my PayPal to sign up for JibJab and didn't tell me. They were able to figure it out and reimburse me. Thanks for all the help.

It was not easy to make the card. Once I did and sent it to my friend on Facebook it looked more like an ad than a card.

I find that the position of the mouth on the faces is not right even though I line them up properly. This looks weird and is off putting.

Great way to send a birthday laugh to my brother after forgetting to get a card in the mail on time. This was fun and easy to use!
