Great site to deal with! I really enjoy the video cards, and they are fun and easy to make. The customer service is very helpful too.

It worked great for the first video, but any videos I have wanted to do after that it won't allow me to load more faces and to create new videos.

A friend posted a St. Pat's video... such a hoot... we are in our 70's... had a lot of fun with this... looking forward to Easter!

I wish there were more choices to make and send a video than having to pay for a year subscription. A per-use charge would be better.

A friend often sends me Jibjab cards. I think they're adorable. I decided it was worth $ 18 a year to send cards for special occasions.

See, I'm not sure my card was read by the recipient. It would be nice to know that they had a laugh or not and if the card was appreciated.

Customer service at Jibjab is immediately attentive to questions and has kind and thoughtful representatives.

Had a little trouble learning how to move photos from my computer to the heads. Web-cam option is great when you have the folks with you.

This app is great. I had so much fun with this. Would recommend it to any one who wants to send something to brighten anyone's day.

There was some delay receiving the card so he didn't see it on Fathers Day, but that didn't diminish the pleasure.

Instead of sending cards via snail mail, I sent JibJab instead and post to my friends' and families Facebook pages. Way more fun to be interactive!

I asked for a refund because it charged me a full 18 instead of 1.50 they advertise. I have not heard back at all. Not happy

After paying nearly 20 $ to join. I made a ears and was then asked for a further $2 to actually download it? What a scam

I needed a birthday card to arrive the same day - you were able to do that and I received thanks back from the recipient so I know it worked well!

Fun and creative videos. Excellent customer service. Prompt response and takes care of their customers.

I love the cards, don't like having to sign up for a year. It really should be optional as long as someone pays for the card.

I post one of these for my sister anytime I can she loves these things. I enjoy putting movie stars pictures in there like Brad Pitt.
