It would not work for St Patrick's Day' lost interest and want a full refund and cancel all payments

Get more ones for younger children for birthdays and other events. I will be canceling my membership.

I could make the videos with my iPhone but when trying to share they wouldn't post. Very frustrating. I want my money back please.

I'm not a techie, but even I'm able to create fun videos for my children and grandchildren. They are delighted, and so am I.

I have family and freinds who look forward to their birthday or any other occasion to see which jibjab I will make for them

In spite of resending my card twice it still hasn't been received although it says it has.
Why should I have to write more?

Difficult to use and couldn't add more heads easily Also felt there needed to be more single not associated with lovers for Valentine's day

I feel like $18 is way too much for what I got in return. $10 would have felt more appropriate, max. Or I would have preferred to pay by card.

It would be good if there is a larger variety to select from

I have been on and off this site a few times and there is rarely anything new. For 18 dollars, there should be new stuff every time I log in.

I'm having problems navigating your program. Its not intuitive like other apps I've used. I'm on the fence whether I like it or not.
