I have so enjoyed creating clips and sending them to friends. We all had a lot of laughs from it. I am always looking for new things to do with it.

Your site makes it easy to create a one of kind e card for friends and family- people love to see themselves in goofy poses so this site is a winner!

They stole my money saying that I would pay only $ 2 and the video actually, $ 24 was charged to my credit card. Real flight to such a poor result.

I only joined so i could see the complete video in fact after the first day I havent used it and I wont again I wont be renewing not at all what I expected more for someone younger

When I had an issue with my account (not due to the fault of JibJab), I sent an email (during the holidays even), and received a pretty prompt response and resolution. ThNks JibJab!

Never meant to charge my credit card a full year membership I thought I was paying a one-time fee for a video that I made two or three years ago I'm waiting for a refund

I wanted to cancel and you still took the money out i though i was going to i could cancei if i didnt want it i dont lie that people have to pay to see my caed

I enjoy the looks on my grand-kids faces when they see what I make LOL. Lots of fun and would like to see more added

It has been a bunch of laughs etc. We only wish you had more templates and more variety. Other than that, we are having fun!

Jibjab is an awesome application and so much fun, if you have any problems they tend to them immediately and are very helpful and understanding

Very low video quality when you download video!
They charged me 18 $ for something that I did not ask!

Very simple to use and really intuitive. Someone shared a Jibjab with us and we immediately decided to make it our Christmas card this year.

I have sent 2 of these cards now and both times it goes to the persons junk/spam mail, so the element of surprise is gone.

By far the fastest customer service I have ever received. EVER! Thank you so much. All other service sites can take lessons from these guys.

I spoke with Jeremiah from JibJab to refund a renewal fee because I was cancelling my account. He was quick and very helpful, thank you!

Have used about 3 times and we, and all our family and friends get a huge laugh each time. Great way to send Xmas wishes.

I tried to make a video and when I was finished it would not go onto my fb page. Feel like the is a scam.

I was unaware that I would be charged a year's worth of payments all at once and it has put me in a financial struggle.

These are so funny. Can't stop laughing. These will be great for personal and office birthdays. Recommended by a friend as well as seen before.

Can't edit photos for eyes and mouth. Wish I could get refund. I can't use this program. Thought it might be fun, but, too difficult.
