I signed up and made a card, only to find out I can't download it without paying extra. Not happy. Also the videos are shorter than they used to be,

I am not happy with the service & will cancel now you are making me put 100 plus characters about your product? I do not think this is fair either

These e cards are great fun to send. It's nice to match them up to people who will enjoy and put a smile on someone's face for that special occasion.

Does not always load down the first try and erases your masterpiece. So can be frustrating. A widget would be great.

Perfect as usually, very funny, just surprising is that JibJab is asking money again, few months after my last payment... why?

Keeps them entertained for hours! They enjoy putting faces onto the different characters then playing back the card and showing everyone.

Really fun experience, would be nice to have more music videos with all women. Still, really amusing stuff and great quality.

There is no process to confirm payment after i give credit card info. Its wasting time to find out on refund.

What can I say; it is so easy and so much fun creating these masterpieces. My friends think I'm the bomb!

My issue was resolved quickly and easily. They made me very happy.
Usually it's not as user-friendly to solve an issue.

I always have a great experience with Jibjab; however, songs/e-Cards need to be revitalized. Some songs are not up to date.

Find the app very easy to use, our young daughters like to make footage laughing uncontrollably when they play it back.
