It was fun and easy to do but some of the stuff you have on this is not family oriented! I would not want my Grand kids to get a hold of this and see some of the sexual videos
I'm not satisfied with my firts experience due some points:
1. The payment instructions are not clear: I tryed the service to download a video and saw that it cost 2
Then I entered my credit number to buy it and some days after I saw that in my bank account I had two chargers, one is for an anual subscription (first new) and the otherone for the video
Now I have a complete susbcription for nothing. I really think that the instructions aren't clear at all and don'y understant why I have to buy a complete subscription for buy a puntual video
2. I have had severall problems to download the video
Great site, but not a lot of music videos to choose. Otherwise it's a good site and service. Moderately priced and semi-easy to figure out
Initially, we had a blast, but the effect wears off. I think the membership scheme is way overpriced because they have a monopoly on the market. I imagine if someone came around and sold the videos individually at a lower price than membership people would flock to that.
I've made and sent two cards from this site and neither card was received by the person it was sent to. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be bothering to use this site again.
I can not get it where the black space for the mouth is not showing. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Been using it for years and love it! I wish there were more sing jabs that were appropriate for children.
It's a lot of fun. The only thing I wish it did was bring up more of my photos from Facebook. It seems to be limited to only a few. Other than that I think it's a lot of fun.
This is way to expensive. It's just e cards, not a gift in the mail as well.
Please give me a refund.
Jibjab has been a life saver for honoring friend and family birthdays. The little ones especially enjoy seeing themselves in 'starring you' videos. But after a couple of years I am running out of fresh cards to choose from and, sadly, will probably have to let my subscription lapse after this year. Additionally, most cards are geared toward adults not kids.
The cost of subscription is easily offset by the price of actual greeting cards.
I love sending these videos! My grandkids watch them over and over, again! I laugh every time I watch their little faces dancing across the the screen!
The app works great! Grab a pic, center the face, tap and done. These days a laugh is worth its weight in gold, thanks Team Jib Jab!
Ever since I signed up I haven't been able to sign on no one returns my emails I tried to cancel my subscription and no one gets back to me

Sent two messages to correct email address and neither received at address. But I got confirmations that they were sent.
Easy to make, fun to create and the response from friends and family is great! They want to know "How did you do that!"
Receiving one of these cards makes people very happy!
