I would like to cancel this Jibjab! I was not informed I would be charged for the year I want a refund!

Easy to use, a wide variety of cards to make and send, well worth the membership fee! There are a wide variety of cards to use for any and every occasion and holiday.

I have never called in but do enjoy sending out my jibjabs to family members and friends. It always gets a lot of attention.

I love JibJab but I can't post it on Facebook because it says I do not have the rights to the songs. Only way I can share it is to send it to individuals. Also, there is a song that I don't have on the app but on the web it is available. Why not have all available on the app if you are a paying customer? These are my issues. The first one was very disappointing.

All I cared about was making those picture videos. What would be amazing, is if I could just pay the damn $18/yr, and NOT be automatically renewed. I think companies that do that are shady as hell.

I would love to use the ap, but it does not save my information or faces, so it is like starting from scratch each time. The site saves my information, but sometimes it takes a very long time to "make the video", so I leave the site before it gets done, and have wasted so much time, I have not used the service since signing up. Love the videos but hate the process!

Paid for a year and still wants me to pay per time I want to do one... I am not going to pay $18 and then pay $2 for each one I do..

JibJab has never worked properly, in terms of being able to share the video. They asked for money up front, and have no customer service whatsoever. Keep your hard-earned money!

I won't even know how much I paid for JibJab. The price pops up very quick and not until you have created the video and put all other information it. THEN, I got an e-mail from PayPal (notJibJab) that I signed up for and continues subscription with an annual fee to be withdrawn from my PayPal account. Thanks to PayPal, I was able to cancel the subscription. Never again!

Easy to use, and so much fun to watch! I love to send these little videos to my friends and family - they are always a hit, and everyone has a good laugh. Who doesn't need a good laugh every once in a while?

You charge $20 to have an account and then you want $2 each to download the videos. That's highway robbery especially since you put your own advertising all over them. I won't being renewing or downloading anymore videos.

I am finding it extremely difficult to cancel and also I am unable to download or attach anything to Facebook. Rip off!

The reason people come to jibjab is for the videos starring you. Of course that's why all the advertisements for jibjab exhibit this feature. However, I cannot see myself using this service after the first year. Sure, maybe I'll get to the point where I enjoy using it enough to justify the cost for one year, but that's probably it.

A year later and there are very few new ones. Also, I only wanted to do oyt month to month this year but it took$18 for a year. So having the monthly potion there in front of you was useless if it wasn't goin to do anything when you try to press it

I surprised a friend with one card and it spread like wild fire to out other friends wanting to know how I did it.
The website makes it real easy to do and lots to choose from.
Since then I have made tons more and have sent them out.
It's fun to make people laugh!

Although, I have not had a chance to resolve my problem with Jib Jab yet, I have a real problem that they have no live customer service. I have a fraud charge from them on my account, yet there is no one I can speak to immediately to resolve this issue. I have to wait up to 2 days for a response and send my request by e-mail. REALLY! What a shame!

Not may choices to be made regarding number of "stars" in the jibjab.
Just singles, doubles, or fives.
Also not many different sports.

It is simplified making it easy to use, as it brings the characters of your choice to life. The children loved seeing their faces as they celebrated special occasions in the dance videos. The jibjab videos will truly be memorable in years to come. Available for every Holiday with many to choose from.
