Very disappointed with final videos, mouths were all over the place, waste of money... 100 characters to tell you don't bother

The animation was cute and served its purpose. Was a little surprised at what it cost and that I was asked to pay even more if I wanted to download what I just paid for. Technically, very nice. Business model... I was a bit disappointed.

I just needed a one time ecard... not a year membership. I can't say the price was outrageous, but I will probably not use it again, so it's kind of wasted. I think you need a one-time category... maybe something like, one-time for $9.95, something like that. I would have been happy with that.

People aren't opening it. I find it cute for myself and family more than others. I think it's not interesting to a wide range of people, which surprised me.

Seems dishonest and deliberately difficult to cancel within 30 days as advertised. Was not presented with option to turn off recurring billing (as advertised) so I had to spend time contacting Paypal and cancel with them. Avoid!

I love JibJab! The only thing reason that I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because sometimes I have a hard time finding a variety of appropriate videos to share with family members. If JibJab could offer a better variety of choices that were clean and booze-free, I'd be able to share a lot more with my relatives.

Found the tools used to produce content to be easy and effective. Results as expected. Multiple options to retain and distribute.

A great site to bring so much fun and laughter. Hope to get to use much more content. Great value for what the annual cost is. Very easy to use and i would highly recomend trying it out.

I love sending wishes this way! It's so easy! Now that I have this app, I will be sending all sorts of greetings for all sorts of occasions.

It needs better choices of real witty humor--the current choices are too silly or off-color mostly. I would like to see less cards that require photos.

I sent emails requesting a cancellation of my membership, and I got charged the second day of having it for a years membership, after sending this email asking for it to be cancelled.

Excellent customer service. They resolved any issues immediately and to my satisfaction. An unusual thing in today's market.

As a new user I thought this was a very funny and a very user friendly ecard site. I shall be sending quite a few jib jab cards I can see.
