I wish there were videos that allowed more characters. That would allow for larger groups. I'd like to include other family members, friends, and coworkers.

I had to remove the adobe plugin required to run JibJab videos. It made my internet connecting unusable. Therefor I can't even use the membership because we only have Macs. I am looking to get a refund.

It's a fun sight, needs some tweeks and more pop music but otherwise a very enjoyable sight! Can't wait to see some edits and improvements that in store in the future.

Lots of fun, especially if you have tons of photos and/or know how to "morph" faces. I had a few issues with URLs not playing, but not enough to beat up on JibJab. I had all of my kids over (they are grown) and my grand daughter to watch the ones I had made. A few were funny enough to manufacture tears. Gotta love that!

Cards are funny but not enough differing types of selections. Often the cards that are available are too much the same.

My experience was good, I would prefer a wide range of templates based on classics (music, cinema, etc)

Purchased for special Valentines Day message. Unable to complete due to password not matching my email. This is ridiculous. I'd like my money back please

Ordered a valentines card; verified email twice, card never delivered. Still not received. Why do we need 100 characters to make this complaint?

Send a valentines card to my girlfriend in Hawaii and then a dancing bear to my grand kids. Both loved the cards. Can't wait for the next holiday to make someone else happy.

The price shown is monthly but I have had a full year deducted from my bank account so I think this is very misleading. If you take off a year the price should be shown as an annual fee

Had difficulty sharing it with family. Disappointing. Other than that, it was fun. My family got a laugh out of it. Not sure it is worth the cost.

JibJab is so easy to use! It was a great way to do something special for Valentine's Day. I had thought I'd need to do significant photo editing before uploading, but all I had to do was take my raw photos, upload them, then do the rest with the easy and intuitive tools on the site. Will definitely use again!

How to resend the card.

The first time I sent it neither of my intended recipients received the card.

Moreover the directions were not clear and no one was available to talk to.

The card is great but the sending procedure is impossible.

What a fun way to wish clients and prospects happy birthday. Some are good for your face and others are fun with the client's face.

It's fun! And my family and friends get a real kick out of the cards I send them. There's also lots of variety to choose from.

It was great; I made a video for someone special and she hummed the song all day. I guess that means she was thinking of me all day.:-D

Used this site once. Paid $18 for membership and was notified you cancelled me for no apparent reason. I will be contacting PayPal for a full refund. Not recommending this site to anyone

Great, funny, innovative, appreciated by all recipients. A 100 characters is way too much to ask for in this day and age

Love putting this together. Was great fun and the person who received the card thought so as well! Was easy to do and the selection of templates was awesome. I look forward to constructing and sending my next Jib Jab greeting!
