I'm not a sappy person when it comes to greetings so JibJab allows me to recognize someone and keep it light. I love the vudeis and the fact that I can personalize them makes them special to the receiver. I sent out a couple and the reaction was amazing.

Had a great time making and sharing the JibJab videos. The hiccup came when I wanted to keep the video for myself and I had to PAY AGAIN. I paid to make it and thought that would allow me to keep it, not so. Still was fun and I guess I just need to let go.

The video was fun but friends could not view it unless they downloaded something from the website. THAT is unacceptable. Cancelled my account.

I was surprised at how easy it was to import photos and make a fun little animated video with my family members faces! I also was very pleased to log in years after I had created my 1st JibJab card and see that they had still saved the one I made years ago, so that I could again download it to save for the future! Thank you for a fun, easy-to-use product!

The video never would create after I added faces and smiles.

Please cancel my subscription immediately.

Could not e-mail my valentine jibjab to my valentine so effort wasted as she could not open. Even writing a review is a pain!

50% percent of my valentines were not delivered and went into spam boxes.
I did not realize that my name would not be in the address box.

Just simply a fun way to send unique & hilarious messages! It's great for any special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations etc...

Known about JibJab for years but just recently joined and it's so much fun and easy to use! Great site! Simple and Slick user interface!

Have not been able to log on since I signed up 8 days ago. Have emailed you several times! YOUR SOLUTIONS HAVENT WORKEDI made a video for my boyfriend for valentine's day, he is out of the country and I couldn't even send it! I have asked for a refund a few times STILL HAVEN'T SEEN IT!

I signed up on Valentine's Day and wanted to send to my husband. When it arrived our pictures were not there. So I went back in and tried to update. It does not recognize my email and I could not change my password. I'm very frustrated I would like my money back.

I really like this. It is a lot of fun.

I have a lot of surprised people when they get the cards I make of them.

I would like to see a much larger variety of subject matter to select from.

I loved the one which was sent to me and I thought there would be more like it (there weren't). I wanted to send Valentine's to my daughters but none were appropriate. Not enough of a range of choices or option to create/influence a card. However, there are lots of fun choices which i will continue to use.

Good, have to use more often, to see if it's worth my time and money. More jabber bodies in all race colors. More songs for different races.

The billing was unclear and sneaky. I was not aware I was being billed the amount that I was being billed, which included premium membership. Very annoyed post. I did appreciate that my complaint was responded to and I am due a refund but overall I was infuriated by sneaky billing technique.

"You're the one that I want" was a smash Valentines Day hit. Everyone laughed until they cried. Making the video was fast and extremely simple. Even the most non-technical would be able to do it quickly.

Horrible business practice, I thought I was paying $1.49 for a valentines card and was charged over $18! For a yearly membership? Will never use jib jab again.

Wish the download offering were a little cheaper. $1.99 seems high after paying the annual membership. 99 cents would be reasonable..

Setting up JibJab cards for future delivery is easy and is a great timesaver. I have a year's worth ready to go!
