I create and send JibJab cards for each family member's birthday. I would love to see more options that are G rated. I've pretty much used up the "good" ones in the past 2 years. My family loves receiving these cards, but every now and then a family member does a "REPLY ALL" with comments about the sexual innuendos in a card I sent which I wasn't aware of until HE pointed them out. I'd like to be able to select and send NEW JibJab cards each year and NOT have a repeat of embarrassment caused by the "suggestive" messages in the card(s). THANK YOU!
Was hoping there would be more choices in the seasonal categories that would be more appropriate for family and grandchildren. Found very little and some borderline offensive. Guess I am not a fan of "young" humor! Maybe consider a category for family friendly/children for future updates.
Love the output e.g. JibJab clip, but suffered on the way a bit too much. Had to upload pictures more than ones, had to input data more than ones and didn't receive a notification that the clip was actually delivered an when.
Created a couple of cards for my family when out of town. They loved the results and the kids played them over and over.
Thought I'd paid for a card but charged $18 membership fee twice without knowong it. And it's on auto renewal, I hate that!
After not getting a response on requesting a refund and cancelation. I emailed help and recvd a response stating within 2 days someone would contact me. After 7 days still waiting.
I found it very fun and quick to create my card and it was very straightforward and easy to understand. I will hopefully be creating many more in the not-too-distant future.

I have had the best time with jib jab I don't know why I didn't subscribe sooner. Making these little videos have really been a good outlet for me. Thanks for providing current songs as well as oldies you guys are GREAT!
Very easy to navigate and great results. I did the Sonny and Cher Valentine's video and my wifemate loved it.
My musical video came out great! The person I sen it to absolutely loved it. It was fun to make and gave me some good ideas for other cards I might like to send.
SENT OUT TWO VIDEOS AND IT WENT WELL. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE FOUND A TWO PERSON BIRTHDAY VIDEO WHERE I AND MY WIFE COULD BE CAST FOR A VIDEO TO SEND TO FRIENDS. SAW ONE WITH 5 PEOPLE SAW SOME COUPLES BUT IT WAS LIKE STRIP VIDEO, WHICH WOULD NOT WORK. WOULD LIKE ONE THAT WAS US WISHING WHOMEVER A HAPPY BIRTHDAY. COULD NOT FIND ONE.
