I tried the free trial but didn't realize I would be charged monthly. After a quick email, the representative quickly responded and refunded a month fee.
It was easy for me to upload pics and place them on JibJab. The responses I received to my creations were wonderful. Many laughs. Couldn't be more pleased.
When I'm preparing a Jib Jab card for sending or posting on FB, I have a smile on my face from ear to ear. I love the music, the dances, the characters! There are so many different options. Jib Jab's a great opportunity to send birthday/holiday greetings in a unique way! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JIB JAB!
Everye year we Jib Jab to our family and friends during the holidays, its mighty fun.
Wish there were more videoes where you can choose the amount of casts.
Although not used as often as I'd like, it's been GREAT, when I needed it, along w/GREAT tech. Support! And it's FUN! Gotten good responses from my connections that I've set your cards to! Jan 0:-)
It seems like the offerings haven't changed in a very long time. I picked something that didn't have the animation/photo upload because there wasn't anything new or interesting.
I had 7 easter emails scheduled for Apr 14th - but all were delivered on the 13th? This isn't really a big deal but might be for e.g. Christmas, birthday cards.
Jib-Jabs are great to make people happy about themselves or better yet gives them the thought f me thinking of them from a long distance whether it be Family or a Friend

It was fun when i found time to send cards... but i don't spend a lot of time on my computer'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
I just recently subscribed and though I still send snail mail cards to friends and family I like following up with a Jib-Jab card especially when I've gotten their snail mail card sent out a little too late to arrive on time.
It started when I just wanted to send a friend a birthday card and (I'm not exactly computer illiterate) and after 30 minutes of clicking around and testing out the cards I might like with uploaded photos, I could never ascertain *before* I did all the work which cards might be free or not. It says you can be a free member, heck if I know how. In the end, I really wanted one that needed a subscription. Then I find out that yeah, it's $1.50 a month but I have to pay for a year in advance with auto-renewal? That's an automatic personal NOPE. But in the end, I actually caved, arguing with myself that it wasn't that expensive and that I could cancel before it renewed. Well, then my friend didn't get the card! And I had to re-send, but then when she opened it, it kept insisting her Flash wasn't updated (it was, she's not illiterate either). Then I sent another card. Same issue... so here I just spent money to send my one friend funny cards she can't look at? Between the two of us we probably wasted three hours on this. Seriously guys, if you want people to pay for your cards, give some option to charge fifty cents for an individual card... I'd have done that more readily. But moreover, how about making it so your product is actually viewable? This was just a total dud for me, however cute and funny the cards actually are. Maybe another time.
JibJab is a fun site, where you can upload pics of your friends and family, and then create hysterical animated videos. I've used JibJab for years and love it!
Have done these cards for the past few years and everyone gets a kick out of them. I love personalizing them with goofy expresssions. Great idea for the holidays.
Very easy to use and result is hilarious enjoyed by friends and family. The video was much more fun to send than an ecard so will definitely use again.
It was my youngest cousin's 61st birthday, and I used the Tequila Dance feature. Needless to say-it was a hit! Thanks a lot for all of the fun... Nancy
Not enough choices, especially for music videos. I wanted to make some for my grandkids but there are very few appropriate video. Not work the subscription, in my opinion.
I created my jib jab account a few years ago and truly love making them. Working on a remote team, it's nice to make silly videos to send to the team for birthdays when we can't actually celebrate. Unfortunately, I have to cancel my subscription as it is part of my resolution this year to remove automated subscriptions. JibJab took no offense to this and were super understanding and extremely willing to reimburse me. When I couldn't remember the email I had originally signed up with they didn't stop asking, which I could definitely see as the case for a site that thinks, "well she isn't persisting so lets keep charging her." Instead they made it clear that they wanted to make sure this issue was resolved and remained patient till I realized I had signed up with a really old email. I still love JibJab and if I create an e-card in the future I will of course come here to do so. Sometimes a membership you are canceling doesn't mean you don't like it, you just need to save a few pennies here and there and it is refreshing to know that without question jib jab is okay with that.
I didn't ask to get another renewal of jib jab for this year and have just been billed for another year. Please refund my money.

Your Valentines E card selections were excellent. I was able to send a unique song/video to each of my siblings and parents for alot of fun on Valentines Day.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to help@jibjab.com with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
