It cost $18 and I got nothing for it. Despite uploading photos the video was so manipulated it's impossible to recognize the people meant to be featured. I literally threw away $18 on this.

It's fun playing with it, but I wish the mouth application could be a little easier to apply on the pictures. Guess practice is what it's going to take to get it down perfect.
I would have kept the membership but decided not to. They did not give me a hassle on my refund which was great. A lot of companies will take days to refund my money.

Your cards are cute but you have no idea what you are doing with the back end processing with a long list of recipients. Im asking for a refund. Your site is not competitive.
This is fun for a while. The novelty does wear off though. I enjoy the videos that feature me and my friends. I would like more features like this one.
Good value for money
I had an issue with my account and the staff worked diligently to resolve it. I contacted them yesterday and they began the process for fixing the error this morning. It was handled quickly.
Laughed the whole time creating and watching my finished product. Easy to use. Would like to see more create your own videos for anniversaries for other people vs for the couple to one another.

I thought I had a delivery problem. The customer support person explained to me that everything was done properly and also showed me a way around the difficulty should it occur in the future.
My musical video came out great! The person I sen it to absolutely loved it. It was fun to make and gave me some good ideas for other cards I might like to send.
Very good. Perhaps a bit pricey. Why do I have to join to buy a jib jab card? Why can't I just order one individually during the year as needed. Pay as you go.
Due to retirement, had an issue with recurring payments. They took care of the issue in less than 2 hours (auto response stated 24 hours). Am so pleased with the way they handled this.

It's a rip off, it won't let me post any of the videos I made to Facebook, it says they posted when I click on it, but they never do appear. I tried everything!
Easy to sign up, easy to cancel and it brings joy and laughter to people you love. It's a way to tell others they are special to you and make them laugh.
I registered and paid to join, received an email that I would be directly debited every year (WHICH I DID NOT KNOW BEFORE THE PAYMENT WAS MADE - I ONLY WANT TO PAY FOR ONE YEAR!) and then I bought an ecard, sent it to my friend and he told me he didn't receive it.
Not happy. How do I back out of this?

I sent a card on or about December 24th 2016 and had to pay $18.00 using PayPal posted December 26th 2016, then it was posted yet again on Dec 27th again at $18.00. On January 17th tried to access my account using my email address and JibJab replied No account recognized, so as it was my wife's birthday and she was away in the UK I had to open up a new account at yet again $18.00, all US Funds and that has now been posted to my PayPal account. I emailed JibJab requesting a $36.00 refund and as of January 20th have not received any reply.

As more add more wigs and hats are added to "Starring You" the subjects become more and more difficult to recognise Putting a HEAD on a subject was always ideal, Now putting only a FACE has ruined many videos, Big Wigs and Big ornate hats spoil the effect and spoil the fun. There are hardly any subjects left without pathetic wigs or hats, making my further participation unlikely. EXAMPLE The very popular "Striptease" videos have been totally ruined by the addition of wigs as have many of the group dances.
