JibJab

Circumstances kept me from physically being able to be with my sis to celebrate her b-day. I was going to be able to see her in a few days. But I wanted to be able to give her SOMETHING on her b-day. An email card made sense. So I did an online search. JibJab came up first on the list. And for good reason! I was in a hurry. So I didn't get a chance to explore the whole JibJab catalog. But I saw (and found) enough to be able to declare that I will be renewing my JibJab subscription. I sent her four "add a face" cards. And I can't tell you how fun it was making them. I know her sense of humor. I had a basic idea of what kind of cards I wanted to send and whose pics would be in them. So once I found the cards all I needed to do was get the specific pics to fit them. And from there the process was incredibly easy. As I said. I didn't have a chance to look at the whole catalog. But I'm sure I'll be able to find more great cards to use for different occasions. And it's super fun being able to personalize them! My sister called me after opening the cards. She enjoyed them. And she said that she was going to check out the website for her own potential future use. So some JibJab cards may be coming back at me in the future! JibJab is a great service for being able to instantly send someone an email card. Or like I did... you can choose a future date for it to be sent. For any occasion or reason. I would recommend that you give JibJab a try.

Outstanding, I really thought I have to kiss that money good bye, But no, it gives me a good feeling that there are still good people out there, I all ready called 4 people to tell them what you did and if they want to use your app, they can trust you,, I'm sorry that I had to stop mine, I'm a disabled vet, and my wife left leaving me with alot of debt, it had nothing to do with the service I received, my grandson loved the stuff I would send him, when i get my money problems fixed, I will be back, thanks again for the laughter you bought me and my grandson,

I subscribed to your service, wanting to create a video with friends for a special occasion. Even though the video was entertaining, I did not find the overall experience as rewarding.
My intention was to make 1-2 videos but I was required to get the yearly subscription, which I'm not sure will be useful to me.
Although the quality of the videos available is pretty good, the quality is not consistent with all videos.
The variety is pretty limited, and repeating at a certain point. Many of the videos use a certain type of humor which can only be relevant to a specific set of people, which makes the use of the subscription of limited use.

Suggestions for improvement:
1. Offer monthly subscriptions or specific videos for separate purchase.
2. Expand your styles and ideas to encompass more sets of people.
3. Set a higher standard for videos.
4. We really liked your annual video for the elections! What happened? These kinds of videos are especially relevant today. Really great social satire.

I didn't realize my previous use of JibJab signed me up for a membership with auto-renewal. When the charge came into my PayPal account, I contacted JibJab, requesting removal from membership and auto-renewal, and if possible, a refund of the charge. Within minutes, I tell you - MINUTES! - I received an email which stated in very friendly words that my membership and auto-renew was canceled, a refund was on it's way to PayPal, and I was welcome to use JibJab as a free member any time. Now THAT'S customer service!
