Had lots of fun with JibJab! When the time came to cancel my membership, Jibjab support staff were friendly and helpful and refunded my unused subscription promptly.

JibJab is easy, fun and always a pleasure to send. The recipients are always surprised and satisfied! Thanks for providing a creative way of "making someone's day!"

Fabulous tech support when I had issues. Every time I had another query it was answered promptly until the issues were fully resolved. Love using this app!

I HATE HATE HATE that I cannot crop faces to my liking so the ears and hairline can be included. The old way looked so much better.

I do like some of the new videos.
Why is dumber (as in dumbed down) better?

I sent a jib jab card with the faces of my relatives dancing. They got a huge laugh out of it and I thought I was a tech wizard! Which I am not. Thanks for making it so easy for me to look smart!

Response from my friends has been overwhelming, particularly my dancing exploits. Some of their comments were hilarious, some unprintable! Thank you JibJab.

Have used this site off and on for a few years. Some features were kinda wonky and didnt respond well. I would have liked to see a mothers day template that would include multiple characters.

I made my family crack up with our JibJab and my condo workers laughed out loud as well. I love all the choices of music and characters. Plus, JibJab is so easy to use. Awesome!

Jib Jab costomer service was quick to resolve my issue. I thought I had cancelled my account, don't have the funds, but a payment was made. They refunded my money within 15 minutes. Very happy!

Was expecting a lot more for 19 dollars. There isn't a great deal of choice song wise. Few rock tracks wpuldnt go a miss. Cant even share on whatsapp. Will be asking for a refund.

In this new... ummm... crazy era of stress and anxiety, it's great to have access to this to share with friends and family. I think we all could use a little laughter right about now.

I was difficult to get set up, but finally did it. Since I and my wife married young, it was the perfect video for me to send out. I will work on others in the future Thank you

Unless one sends the card immediately it does not turn up. We sent several cards to people to be sent a few days later on their birthdays and not one arrived. A complete con and waste of money

Using the program is easy and the choices are good as far as content but what I don't like is that if you pay for access, you should be able to download without having to pay even more.

I do not like that I am locked in to a full year... I would prefer to just make 1 purchase only when I use your product. I will not be creating another video card until next december

Jib Jab is great for sending messages in a lighter vein. It never fails to make me laugh when the message is done. It is easy to use and fun to send. Everyone loves receiving a JibJab card.

I had so much fun with my grandson creating videos with him... only thing is I thought I was paying for one month, but was charged for a year... I'll be jb jabbing all year... loads of laughs..

I think your site is great, fun, all that, but I resent the way you charge and set up recurring charges. I would rather pay the price of a greeting card, on a pay as you use policy.

I was not happy that your web page processed the order even before being able to review the order! I did not plan on paying for a one year subscription. Only for 1 card. I don't like it.

I'm not too good on computers but I really wanted to send a card to my partner, so I had a go with nothing to lose, followed the easy instructions and hey presto, my first card was sent.
