Awesome customer service.

REAL BAD

I got JibJab on St. Patrick's Day. Spent $18, then tried to send cartoon to a phone and they wanted another $4. I spent $22 dollars for nothing. I want my money back...

Outstanding customer service

Terrible customer service. No phone number! Only use email and then take TWO DAYS to answer it. They zap that credit card with no delay, no problem. But talk to you, hell no.

False advertising promo online.

The promo said it was going to be $1 for the first month or two and I was charged $18.

Waste of time
June 30, 2016

I've made quite a few birthday (on my Galaxy S3) jabs that people have loved! The other day I couldn't make one until I paid again. The process worked for one but NOT FOR A SECOND ONE. SOMETHING is screwy wherein FACEBOOK cycles through the process over and over again preventing picture picking. This is when I'm logged out of Facebook. My big mistake seems to be pressing the "find pic on Facebook button" ONE TIME ONLY. When the "PAY AGAIN" SCREEN came up again, I gave up. I thought it was $18 for membership - not per card. I wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work.

Hilarious cards

Easy to make! Hardest thing is getting your "heads" to all be alike in terms of exposure and color. Once you get your heads to look consistent... it's a breeze. Lots of fun...

Tried to send Valentine cards, this is why I purchased JIB JAB.
I sent a question into the customer service, 2 days for reply? What company doesn't reply for 2 days.

Fun App but...

We are enjoying your app but the videos need to be in a slightly slower motion to really enjoy them. Also being able to locate videos\ecards can be somewhat confusing when starting out!

High quality art, miles above Hallmark and American Greetings. Funny and groundbreaking at times too! JibJab has lots of stuff for free and what isn't is about a dollar a month to use.

Montly fee is charged for a full year at sign up and no option to pay monthly. Otherwise I would still be a customer and not feeling like it was bait and switch.
