I had to create my Father's Day jibjab from start to finish twice before It successfully posted on Facebook. I did nothing different the 2nd time. Confusing.

Easy to use but major complaint is not going really new. I expired my membership and returned but SOS. Need new vudeis, especially for birthdays, anniversaries, ECT.

Sent my son and girlfriend a valentine day greeting that they loved. I easily
Uploaded their faces so that their caricatures danced and sang to "I've Got You Babe". Would recommend the site.

I love being able to personalize the cards. They are so much fun for everyone to watch. The grandkids crack up seeing their parents doing weird dances.

App would not let me procede until I created a paid account. Then would not save properly. Had to go through the process repeatedly before finally completing.

Contacted jabber on Sunday thinking I wouldn't get a response and not only did o receive a response, my request was actions immediately. Super impressed. Thank you

Jibjab has great customer service support team that is extremely helpful. I absolutely love all the ecards and videos. My family and I share a lot of laughs creating them. Thank you Jibjab!

But I really wasn't anticipating a quick resolution

I created a Valentine's card for my girlfriend, using the "I got you babe" cartoon, with our faces added. It was very easy to use and her reaction, when she received it, was 'ABSOLUTELY THE FUNNIEST, CLEVEREST ECARD I'VE EVER RECEIVED!'

One thing though: why do I have to pay a separate monthly fee to use the app on my phone?

The e-cards were easy to do. I did 7 to show at my husband's birthday party for the family. I gave only 3 stars because I would like more choices that are appropriate for children to be in and view.

Good site, funny stuff easy to use. I have only used this one other time. I decided to use the pay portion
Of site and I discovered there is a lot more you can do if you get an account

I was very disappointed when I found out, AFTER I rejoined, that you do not allow your customers to download their video. I wanted to put it on a big screen TV at a birthday party for the Family to view and give a copy as a birthday gift.

Without knowing what to do it took a long time for poor results. After getting the idea of Jim jab I found I did not have the proper pictures which I need it for family. And it just looks stupid

MAKE PEOPLE SMILE with the JibJab mini video templates. Practice makes perfect. Seeing FACES we KNOW doing little dances, singing, wishing others 'Happy Holidays'... whatever it may be... is fun to do & cheaper than sending out a bunch of cards! $

I used jibjab years ago and it was free, I'm ok to pay for a service but I'm disappointed to see that nothing evolved, not so many choices and you pay once to do the video and once again to save it, it's too much, it's funny for one occasion but I won't recommand Jibjab in the future.

Lots of great feedback on personalized videos sent to friends, particularly those which included the friends' faces! Great work, JibJab, your stuff rocks!

My videos provided much needed entertainment at our family Christmas dinner! Great entertainment for everyone, from the tiny tots to the great-grand parents!

Creating our card was easy. Unfortunately it went to our recipients' junk email and was discovered late. We didn't receive acknowledgment copies, either.
