Requested a refund after my yearly subscription to Jib Jab was renewed for 2019, totally forgot the renewal would be automatic, filled out the online form and just held my breath but expected like many similar subscription companies my request would either be denied or simply ignored I WAS WRONG, within 24 hrs my refund was reflected into my bank account along with a very pleasant email from the support team inviting me to re subscribe at any time should I wish to in the future Cheers to Jib Jab restoring the faith in online shopping xTracey
I really appreciate that you have some FREE JibJabs to send out. And I know allot of my email buddies have enjoyed getting this type of funny email with all the Politics and bad news on TV lately-it is a pleasure to send something to lift the spirits some. There is one problem that I found on this site. When I made an error in what I wrote to all my email buddies about the video, there was no option to correct it before I sent it out. So I sent it anyhow, but it wasn't perfect.
Are so happy that I could make these Christmas jibjabs. Thanks so much. Do you have anymore... I've made several. That need to appropriate for 10 year olds.
The process of selecting and making these cards is highly entertaining. I usually rewatch the video messages I create several times because they are such a good laugh!
Although I find the choices humorous and tastefull they seem limited for sending to females. Also there is little to choose from for people over 50 years old.
Very good customer service and affordable prices on the app. I have used it to create birthdays ecards and this is really a nice gift idea! ;) Love it!
JibJab takes your money very easily but the product is poor. I have caneceled my repeating subscription and consider the US$18 a donation to workers at JibJab.

I love using Jibjab but found the content not as extensive as I would have liked (music videos cast yourself). The APP seems more flexible on head shape selection, but I would also like a combined package APP & website not one or the other.
It took me a bit on how to chane the "heads" faces. That was so frustrating and I feel there needs to be an easier way to line up the
Mouth. That's too complicated!
Loved being able to send greeting immediately rarher than sending by mail -- on time for a change.

I had such fun watching and sending myJibJab videos to my family and friends. They gave me so many different dances, etc to choose from I could always find myself in one of them.
I liked it, I joined, so now I'm a member. No biggie.
Had to pay extra $1.99 for a download, Ok, no problem.
I was already impulsive to join, an extra $2 bucks

I remain unhappy, specifically with the outcome of my feedback regarding ecards not received by recipients yet marked as "unread" by the website. I have used JibJab seasonally for several years and my efforts have been a genuine source of amusement to relatives. The response received by Taylor offered no explanation of the reason the ecards had not been delivered and no apparent effort to rectify the problem - he has apparently taken the easy way out and refunded my subscription. I accept that this was my request if nothing could be done to fix the problem... but there is no indication that anything was looked into and no explanation. As I am sure you will understand a subscribing customer should have confidence that ecards sent via your website will be delivered to intended recipients.He mentions I can still access the website but in fact this is of little use as I cannot send ecards (the primary purpose) without having subscribed. I feel "fobbed off" and would have thought my plight would have resulted in some explanation and indeed investigation so that others, and there presumably are others, affected similarly would avoid the disappointment of learning their well intentioned ecards sent were not in vain. I am unsatisfied because I have now lost my subscribed status, the ability to send ecards, and have received a dismissive email which doesn't include the "comments" I requested in my original feedback email. I await your further response.
I subscribed and spent an hour preparing the video just to find out that it is impossible to download it from JibJab website. Very disappointed with this experience and the waste of time (spent another hour Googling how to download). Will NOT use JibJab again and will NOT recommend it to friends.
I have had so much fun with this app... So glad I got it! Sent some videos to my parents & haven't heard them laugh this hard in a while! Thank you, Jibjab for all this fun!
Jibjab is easy to use with simple steps and picture markers to help edit correctly. There are many many choices to keep friends and family guessing when the next video will pop up with them in it!
I moved away from my home town, so JibJab is nice because I can instantly send a card even if I forget until the day of. It is also different and more memorable than a normal card.
I was a member a couple of years ago and you could if I remember rightly edit photos more to shape face? Not able to do this now. Will you reinstate? Maybe I am remembering something else:-/
I would like to see more variety, especially for kids. I have been sending jj cards for years and need more choices at this point.

I first received a Jib-Jab card from my oldest son. I got hooked. I became an active member. Easy to use, fun to watch and share.
I suggest e-cards for April Fool Day and other similar celebrations
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
