I wish there were more animated cards that you can add faces to... but the collection was very limited for four faces.

After card made can't get it to send, and can't get customer service to help, want to cancel please refund money and still haven't got, I am disappointed and disabled so can't type well would rather have contact number to talk to someone who can help me..

I had a difficult time downloading - the end product was not what I expected I do not anticipate using it again Please cancel my membership

I made a card and entered my payment info and it charged me $18.00. I only wanted to buy that 1 card

Most e-card sites aren't fun or funny but this was great. Good stuff to work with and easy to put together. BRAVO

I'm sitting here with the electric off because of the huge snow storm, the electric is out in my portion of the state of Maryland. I object to the "I am not a robot" test because I can barely see the screen. So I give you a -star for putting me through this test. That's All Folks, catch me at a better time. Collins

Jibjab is easy to use with simple steps and picture markers to help edit correctly. There are many many choices to keep friends and family guessing when the next video will pop up with them in it!

I liked the old option of being able to cut around our heads and make them look so much better than the automatic new version. I reailize many people may not like to have to go to the trouble of this, but it would be great if there was a choice.

I thought there would be a bigger selection of music and dances than what they actually had available.

I wasn't expecting the $18 bill, but JIbJab refunded me very quickly once I made it known. Funny site, and I would pay the subscription if it was monthly.

So easy it is to work with and to bring about laughter, not only for the receiver but me... so much fun to work with.

I had not used my jib jab account in almost a year. When I noticed the charge I was shocked and almost forgot I had joined. When I asked for a refund they refunded my account immediately with no questions asked! Thank you!

I was confused about the cost. It would be helpful to more clear on it! I thought I could just pay for one card, but looks like I had to buy a year of use.

Made a fun birthday card for my teen-aged grandson. He loved it, and it was soooooo easy. Great results!

I will never do business with you again. I called PayPal and your order should have been canceled. If it hasn't been, I will dispute this again. I did not know that this was a recurring payment. Or anyway I missed that part. I do not want to have anything to do with your company and will pay you nothing because I have received nothing. And let's keep it that way.

I wanted to say Happy Birthday to an online friend in a funny way and JibJab gave me the perfect way of doing that. I'll be using this service many times in the future.

Friends love getting things on fb walls. Everyone gets a charge outta the crazy music dance ones. Also the more adult ones well should be added to as Most of my facebook friends are adults
