I have used jib jab over the years quite successfully but have reached a stage in my life where I no longer have the need. As my pays were automatic I had to request a reversal. Danielle the service agent went above the call through several emails to ensure I received a full refund in a timely matter. Jib Jab clearly is committed to quality service and support if you have been their customer. An exceptional example of the xcellent customer service. Thank you. KJ
JibJab offers really fun options for cards, etc. Great for putting a smile on the faces of the people we send them to.

I picked out a birthday card for my grand daughter. Loaded the picture and made the adjustments to the mouth because i thought the mouth would be singing. It was the stupidest card I could have sent. Not mouth movement, no singing, just her face in the star fish. I paid an $18 fee to join, and got a stupid card. Very misleading having you put the mouth there, and make adjustments, when the card doesnt sing. There are not enough cards for children on this site! They are mostly for adults or holidays. You need to work on that!
What a lot of fun we had making a dozen cards! Plan to use for every greeting all year...

So excited to find musical musical cards signed up 4 year paid my money with my credit card for my daughter's 50th birthday designed ecard posted it to Facebook never happened I spent most of the day trying to get it up on Facebook next morning I called you company and they referred me online contacted your technicians they tried and told me it was up on Facebook I went and looked it was not contacted my computer company they got online and on my computer followed your direction on how to put it up on Facebook was not successful the eCard when are my timeline and hers it went up on Facebook less than a minute see why I'm disappointed Montagna
I like the concept but I think I must be missing something as I have sent 2 cards and have not been able to send a message along with the second card. It's not an easy 1-2-3 step process as it thought it would be
JibJab is a fun site, but I found two cases when I created a card and sent it and the recipient never got it.
I renewed my membership in January in full. This month, Intried to send a card to a friend, but it was rejected. I tried three times and every time, was sent back to renewing membership. Thinking that membership must not have gone through, I renewed my membership with PayPal. I was sent an e-mail confirming my charges. I then went back to my account and found that I did indeed pay in January, so I contacted JibJab customer service and received a response within fifteen minutes. After providing them with information from PayPal, they corrected the charges within hours of my initial contact. I would have to say this is the easiest, and most positive experience I have ever had resolving a dispute. Considering I am 61 years of age, I have had numerous circumstances requiring dispute resolutions- great job JibJab!
Love the idea of personalized, animated cards. They are so much fun for just about any occasion. Some female characters could be added to be better.
I have been a paid member on and off over the years and love the videos. My family and friends certainly have a good laugh when I personalize a video for them and send it. Price is great, experience even better. My nephew and friends kids love seeing themselves in the music videos!
If you forgot to send a gift in time and don't want to look foolish, the JibJab is a chance to correct it.
Ten minutes - the gift is ready, and already delivered to the birthday boy(girl) email.

Easily created and good fun to watch resulting animations! Great to send abroad too, especially when you've just had a Facebook reminder it's one of your friends birthday aNd you had forgotten
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
