It was funny. Navigatibg ar first when you have to create the face s was a little annoying. But the overall experience was good. I would reccomend it to my friends

Creating these cards brought joy and giggles to my life as well as the recipients. Being over 60, I would like to see a few more music and dance videos with music from my era... but overall, lots of fun.

I signed up for a year, when the payment was renewed automatically I wasn't amused, but on raising the issue by email, I was reimbursed within a few minutes, and with courtesy. Top marks.

Customer service at Jibjab is immediately attentive to questions and has kind and thoughtful representatives.

I've used the site three times. First time was uneventful. Second two times I was unable to use the card in which a face is inserted. This was after many tries in each case. PLUS, there was no way to get assistance.

Easy to select, customize and send greeting to friends. I joined and will certainly be using jib jab more often for all occasions.

Videos were hilarious but I did have trouble trying to drag a pic to a character. Also at 9pm on 3/16 the site froze and I couldn't do another.

This is fun, funny and entertaining. I had as much fun inserting the faces to match the characters as my family had watching it.

Easy to use and the result was terrific. Did it for St Patricks day at the office and everyone really enjoyed the video. Wasn't offensive, just really funny.

Very easy to use and reasonable cost. Would like to see new cards added each year for the big holidays (ie. Christmas)

It didnt work and took forever to do. Rubbish utter rubbish.

I wouldnt waste your time or money on this

When attempting to use one of the choices of fonts, I don't seem to know the technique for getting that to happen.

I sent 2 cards that weren't received and the email address was correct! We'll see if the resend worked...

Just paid for subscription and can't log in again to my account since I did the payment. It's not the first time I subscribe to the JibJab services.

I asked for a refund and Taylar did an exceptional job! He was constantly in touch with me until we found the account and took care of the problem in record time. I appreciated his time spent on my account and would like to thank him! He is an asset to your business!

I was told I'd be charged $1.80 but was charged $18.00. This is false advertising and I better be getting my money back

JibJab was quick to respond to my request for refund of yearly subscription! I was surprised at how soon I heard back and the response was positive and courteous.
