Couldn't get app to work tried a few times even re downloaded it 3 times still nothing I would like my money back and to make sure I don't get changed anymore for this app

Worked great, was having so much fun sent several my first day. Truely addicting. If u take a picture this app doesn't save it to your phone wish it did.

It is so easy and fun to create jib jab videos and they always look amazing. My friends and family love them and always look forward to seeing themselves in them

I picked out 5 faces for Irish dancers, and they were not used. Very disappointed. I fowl led instructions to the letter, but the faces I picked were missing when I posted to facebook.

Very disappointed with my message. It sent some one else as the photo and i tried to put a few photos in and kept failing.

It would not work for St Patrick's Day' lost interest and want a full refund and cancel all payments

Love making them, but you need to make more for couples and groups that consists of three or four instead of always five

Made me laugh out loud! Was very user friendly and brought some much needed laughter to all those I sent it to.

Please cancel me out I don't want to be a member any longer. I've sent several emails already and see no one has read them or chose to ignore them. What's next for me to cancel my subscription with you guys?

My only critique would be that once a face is placed within the video, it would be nice to be able to remove it and resize it and replace it again if possible or needed. I also was not able to open my downloaded video which I paid extra for.

I just uploaded some of my friends' photos and in a few steps only I could send them a funny video. The link received by my friends is always available so you can access them whenever you want.

I would rate my experience with jib jab as poor. The price of the annual subscription is not clear. Its looks like it Aud 18 per annum. However, when bill comes through it is actually us 18.

Furthur more, since getting my subscription my junk mail inbox has been flooded with spam emails. As much as 20 per day. This is most annoying indeed. Unless this can be fixed immediately I will cancel my subscription IMMEDIATELY

My whole family enjoyed he videos I made and I got to include mt deceased hubby in there with us! I posted three to Facebook so my friends could all enjoy them too.

Very quickly becomes hohum. Really, you want a min 100 character review, this really is wasting my time to get a minimum 100 words. I hope this is enough tittle tale.

Disappointed that when you post video from JibJab direclty to social media, the entire video description and JJ marketing tag ons are attached with the video post. So I download video (at additional cost) it took a long time to be ready. Should be an instantaneous process and no addl cost to paid members. Will not be renewing membership.

Since a few years ago I paid the subscription to JibJab, but I think this will be the last, as they have uploaded very, very few new videos, lacking variety. For example, Christmas and Halloween videos are the same as several years ago, I think they only add one or two, I do very little.

Was relatively easy but no editing was possible if I touched something in error- had to start all over
