I go on and want the app, it says $1.99. All the other apps that I've bought were that price 1 time. These guys charged my card $18.00 for a complete year. I guess it's my fault for not reading closer and reading their 25,000 word disclaimer. Not good business practice.

When looking for birthday cards for the kids there doesn't seem to be very many for two grand parents to send.

This card brought laughs to The recipients. I wanted to create more cards but found this very time consuming. I will keep trying since I subscribed and because these are very clever.

Brings families and friends together for some light-hearted fun! Come join in; you won't be disappointed!

Easy to do once you practice a couple of times. Quick upload to Facebook. I will be making more soon :)

Hard to navigate system to make card. Confusing. Ended up paying for another subscription when already had one

Whenever I create a JibJab video and post it to Facebook, I receive so many positive comments! My friends and family are delighted and the videos always give them big laughs. I love being able to "star" the family in my creations. I LOVE JibJab!

It was very easy to use and a lot of fun. The fault I have with it is that most of the characters were given in large groups (5) with only a couple solos and no sets of 2 or 4 which was what I really needed.

Easy enough card to put together. Came out great but the infrequency with high I'll use site, made this too expensive!

Took thirty min to do card because it kept kicking me out after one person was added to video and it had 5 people in it also hoping it only charged me once for $18 not sure please check do not understand why you have a reaccuring charge only needs to be one time payment not reaccuring if I want it next year I will sign up so please fix this or I am going to cancel membership

Really enjoyed making special moments for friends. The site is easy and informative. The instructional video is very helpful.

Using Jib Jab has been fun I have done many videos with my kids and my axe and her boyfriend it is a lot of fun to goof around with people who made the laugh

Folks were a bit too quiet on St Patty's Day so I sent 5 of the ladies a JibJab. I could hear laughing coming down the hall as they opened their email. They each played it several times. It was perfect!

Surprised my 93 y o dad. He loved it. He always enjoys your site. Will use it for birthday cards now

I sent a birthday video card through you to my daughter in Columbia via email. You confirmed that it had been sent to her however when I enquired 24hrs later with my daughter (after her Birthday then!) she never received it. This was very disappointing as I wanted it to arrive on her Birthday since she wasn't with us and overseas. I sent MY copy to her that day, the day after her birthday.

JibJab makes it easy to have fun with friends and family by creating a video or card with them in the starring role!

I Tried to use this on St Patrick's Day and it didn't work at all. It is not what I thought it was at all. I feel like I have wasted my money on this.

My family and I had a great time with the funny skits. I would of rated you a 5 if you had more skits that we could of used.

Signed up for JibJab. Made my payment. Created my video and couldn't share it on FB. Would get redirected to the payment page.

I love JibJab. It's creative, always attention getting, and just plain fun. The set up of the cards is in easy to follow steps, there's plenty of opportunity to change your mind and re-do your choices. What's not to like?
