First Time User

I received a Valentines Day greeting from a friend and decided to join and send an animated greeting back. It was easy and fun creating the greeting which my friend enjoyed immensely. I plan to use JobJab in the future to send greetings to friends and relatives.

It is possible that when you share a JibJab card with someone's Facebook timeline that they can have their rights tweaked such that you may see your post once but then not again. I thought because I could see some content on my son's wall that I had access, but that was not the case. When he told me that he could see all the JibJab cards I felt better, but this weirdness and no explanation that it might happen from JibJab cost you one star - otherwise it is very user friendly and fun.

Really, let my niece spend an hour uploading, editing and testing only to have to leave the site because she cant pay; REALLY? Hope your CEO is PROUD of himself. Bait & Switch - lead the kids along; make them think they are creating something THEN tell them to come up a YEARLY subscription. Classy guys, really classy. Jerks like you teach kids great lessons - dont trust anyone!

Now respond with your crap about how you didnt mislead the kids... Love to hear it.

Subscription Error

I mistakenly created a second subscription not realizing my husband already created an account. I contacted the e-support team & explained my situation & requested a refund on the 2nd account. They immediately cancelled the second subscription for me. It was a breeze

I love my JibJab

I want to begin by saying that I love making e-cards with JibJab. My family and friends really enjoy the cards, especially during this dreaded COVID-19!
I contacted JibJab concerning a problem and I was impressed at how quickly I received a response. Keep up the great work!

Experience with Jib Jab

I wanted to call and cancel my Jib Jab after having it 3 days. They gave
A phone number which I called and told me I had to go on line to cancel.
I am not a computer type person and rather talk to someone to handle my business. I am very dissapointed that I cannot talk to someone.

JibJab Is Awesome And The Best

JibJab is the greatest. I have had so much fun sending off JibJabs along with the many laughs in doing so. In return I have had so many laughs and awesome comments I can't tell you. I have laughed so hard sending them I had tears in my eyes. Keep the JibJabs coming as I keep sending them. I will always be a member and recommend everyone else to do so. Complications

The making is easy, the price is right. BUT sending multiple emails is near impossible, getting the download is ok, but what does it work with?
The viewing experience should be enjoyable. The number of emails you get telling you ab out your video is confusing!

Jubes for JibJab

I've made a couple of Music eCards for family on the JibJab site; both received with raves.
I've also had a very good experience with issue resolution; the problem solved by JibJab found to be my own fault in the end anyway.
Kudos to JibJab.

I really enjoy JibJab and look forward to using them. However, I was disappointed that it wouldn't accept my prepaid Master Card for payment. I have funds on that card that I need to use and I was trying to avoid using my checking account funds. That was an inconvenience, but not huge. I used the checking account, reluctantly.

VALENTINES #you suck

I finally decided to use your site for a valentines card and you failed miserably. You crashed hard. So my payment was for "0" (zero) nada null. If I had wanted it for anything else, I would not have had a problem paying you. In addition, I did not know which picture that I was uploading to, whether it was the female or the male figure. Choice indication was not there.

Grandkids LOVED it
October 7, 2016

My grandkids and I made several JibJab videos. They loved picking out the video and then placing their faces on the "characters". We had so much fun and they couldn't wait to show their parents what we had done.

We are all looking forward to next Sunday so they can make more!

Over rated and priced... I remember years ago it use to be free for a few days... its good for laughs but not thrilled with it... need to have it canceled... sure don't want to renew it next year

Great end result

I loved my Valentine video. I didn't like the clunkiness of the site and the inability to see how much I was going to pay for the video. It could be since I was doing it from my phone that the site seemed difficult to use.

Such a create site!

I joined some years ago but the site has a lot more to offer now with the video dances which have been very successful and fun to make and the recipients love them. Not sure I like some of the 'smutty' ones though - but the ones with the original sound track and not the 'strange' voices are GREAT!

I've been a JibJabber for 5+ years and love the site. I just wish that you replenished your options more often. I use the site mostly to send birthday cards and I'm often disappointed when I find that the choices are the same from month to month and even year to year. Please put your programmers to work!

Pay for Membership Plus Whatever You Make
May 5, 2017

Not only do you have to pay monthly for a subscription, but once you do you still have to pay for anything made that you want to send to friends or family. I can't understand why, most of the videos on here are mediocre and subpar at best. If I pay for a subscription, why do I have to pay again for anything made? It's not like anything on here is worth the secondary prices so I'm not sure why there's a double charge.
