Very Satisfied with E cards

Had some queries and was promptly assisted by the help desk; so I can only highly recommend their service.

As to the e cards, they were delivered promptly and there is such a huge array of cards for every occasion, so that's really cool.

Fun start to my home video

I have been creating home (personal) vacation video's for several yrs now, which included my husband, sister, brother-in-law and myself. Usually on Cruises. I was looking for something fresh, fun, and new to start off this yrs. Project when I remembered your site. So I joined and picked out a video that matched the flavor of our vacation and it will be so much fun to watch their reactions when the video is complete! Thanks JibJab!

Pretty cool idea but should have more options for the price. Not enough choices for Christmas cards. I signed up because the site was recommended by friends/family but now I am stuck sending the same cards that many of them have used. Still cute but would be nice to send them back a different card than they sent us.

Resolved issue promptly
June 18, 2016

I was auto billed for a year subscription which I did not want to do at this time. When I called the phone number listed, the issue was very quickly resolved and the funds reversed through PayPal. Wonderful customer service! Thank you so much!

I cannot get anyone at Jib Jab to help me get onto my paid account. I keep getting the message that the email address is being used by someone else. There is no one else. I paid in March and have not been able to get a single card sent or a reply to my emails that says anything except "Your request has been deemed solved." Tonight it is request #(#*******. It has NOT been solved. Their customer help people don't do a thing. I've requested my money back, but no one answers. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Fun e-cards but not enough new cards

Creating a new e-card or video e-card is straight forward and well done. The only problem is there are not enough new video/animated e-cards and you don't want to send friends & family the same card as before. Jib jab therefore needs to work on upping fresh content!

Very good

JibJab has a lot of cute Christmas videos and dances. I would like to see more of those for other holidays and birthdays that I can send to my grandchildren. Not all are appropriate for small children. The yearly rate is cheaper than greeting cards in the stores.

Jib Jab great interaction

I wanted to cancel my subscription and forgot to do so before renewal. When it showed up on my credit card, I contacted them and requested a reversal.
No questions or challenges - quick to respond and ask for feed-back for better customer service. Love the product, just dont use it all the time. Unique and fun way to contact family at times. I'll be back.

I work for a company where I use some of these hilarious videos as a way to welcome new employees, celebrate their birthday, anniversary etc. It's also been a great way to send holiday messages to other departments who then in turn call asking how they can do something like this within their department.
I am amazed how a simple video becomes a memorable experience for an employee (and team) that results in building a culture that can be fun. I work in healthcare which can be tough and emotionally challenging. I was surprised at how something as easy as this video can positively impact employees. I see companies taking advantage of products like SurveyMonkey for internal use, so maybe those who are responsible for moral, culture and employee engagement should consider trying JibJab. It's been a big hit for me.

Super Simple
January 1, 2020

I love JibJab and used it to send my grands a type of advent calendar card. They loved the cards. However, I stopped after Christmas and did not realize there was a recurring charge each year. Thank you for the quick response. Cancelling was easy... and I do feel that I'll probably reuse it later. The cards are so funny and festive. Everyone loves them.

Ice, ice, baby

Doesn't work won't restore purchase!?!?!?

I paid for the year and when I do a restore it doesn't work. Awesome another app that gets your money and never works. I have used JibJab for years but whatever this is it's not working! Very disappointed

I was paying $1.50 ended up paying $18. The cards are not original, they are not as animated as other things out there. You can't even type much of a message in your card - small character limit. Highly disappointed.

Awesome adjunct to holiday party!

It was easy to figure out once I got the hang of it! Really fun options for music videos! Definitely wish there was an immediate way to download vs getting a receipt to do so but pretty user friendly!

Bought the subscription, made a card, sent it for my wife's birthday and she never got it. Not in her spam filter, nothing. So what was the point of recording that card if after signing up it doesn't send?

Little Bit of a Let Down
December 12, 2016

Choices were fun, but editing was very limited. I was a little disappointed that once I had moved a photo into a card, if it didn't look right, there was no way to move it back and continue editing. It meant starting all over again. I'd expect that from a free app, but not one that cost $18. Also speaking of price, there should be a per item cost for people that don't think they will be doing more than one or two a year.
