Thought I'd paid for a card but charged $18 membership fee twice without knowong it. And it's on auto renewal, I hate that!

I have never called in but do enjoy sending out my jibjabs to family members and friends. It always gets a lot of attention.

Great experience dealing with canceling an extra subscription we had on our account... plus their software is fun!

Could be great but very deceiving felt like I was scammed tried to do one month signed me up for a year not good business

I have so much fun making up jibjab ecards for my friends at Christmas time. Absolutely recommend it :)

Wasted 2 hours putting my headshots into the jib jab form but kept getting bopped out. I'm finished.

I sent a vidio of my family singing carols to them and we have all had huge laughs, very good fun, Thank you.

My wife couldn't stop laughing when she checked her emails on our wedding anniversary. A great start to the day.

Just wished I would have been notified before about autopay not going thru due to change in credit card number.

Jib jab is alot of fun. It makes everyone laugh. Used at home and with ftiends, and they always love it.

Love the Music Videos, but wish the heads were not sooooo big. Would love to see a video with Jeep Wranglers. And Party Invitations with full Videos.

I was out of town for Father's day so I Googled a card and this site popped up all the fathers loved the cards

I renewed my JibJab subscription and enjoy the joy it brings to those I include in my posts which is usually to 'family'.

This is the second time I've been asked this info and I already did it so I would appreciate not getting this again

It runs nicely, very hard to peronalize, but can't send it to anyone. I bot it for a brthday surprise, spent 90 min getting nowhere.

The product is so fun and then today, I had a customer service issue
And I emailed the company and it was resolved in 20 minutes!
