I used to be able to download a video file to keep or insert into Powerpoints etc but find this is no longer possible... dissappointed.

Enjoyed Jibjab but wanted help with my account response was ultra quick and polite and had it all sorted in less than 24 hours great service

Awesome site I would recommend it to all my family and friends they love the pictures I posted on Facebook.

I tried everything I could see to include a message. I could not send, then I tried to just send... no luck. After an hour, I ran out of time with no cards sent.

There are not enough choices to make videos. And If you want to add more than 5 people you can not. The categories are limited. For $18 dollars a year there should be a lot more variety. I want a refund!

It was easy and fun! My friends loved it! Best wAy to celebrate especial days! Can't wait for more videos

I find JibJab very easy to use and i enjoy the results. I have recommended it to my friends and family.

This a great way to reconnect with family who live far away. It made everyone laugh. The photos were easy to upload and the instructions were easy to follow.

While jib jab is convience is good. The card was not sent to right person. I found your site difficult to navigate

I logged on and made a card. I was prompted to pay for my membership so I did even though I already had a membership. I thought it must have expired. Now I seem to have two memberships: one with my primary email address and one with my PayPal email address. How do I fix that?

Not enough choices. I do not Want to be automatically renewed at the end of the year. I do not like being forced to do that

Without knowing what to do it took a long time for poor results. After getting the idea of Jim jab I found I did not have the proper pictures which I need it for family. And it just looks stupid

Our entire household loves to create, share, laugh, and love JibJab. It is easy enough that everyone can use it on their own!

Enjoyed making a test for my alumni association. I sent my board using their photos and tried to get them to see the merit in using your product to reach alumni.

I had expected the process to be difficult, but it wasn't at all. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I turned out a "masterpiece" that had all my friends laughing and wanting to know how to make one themselves. Fun, fun, fun! I will make lots more in the future.

I intend to have an experience soon. The purpose for securing a membership with JobJab is to facilitate good feelings between my self and my natural children.
JibJab seems to be a natural gateway through which my actions, using your tools, may help to foster good will in a somewhat unusual but affirming manner.
I am presently collecting photos to enable this.

The title pretty much says it all. Its hard to say who had more fun with this, me or the ecard recipients.

I thought is was easy to set up and use to make the card for my daughters birthday! I was a first time user and was amazed at the simplicity of it.
