Inserted a variety of family and friends into the dances, and the response have been overwhlemingly positive

The experience of creating the cards was great, but I needed to download the video and this is not possible.

My friends and family are having a great time with videos featuring... my friends and family. Wonderful App.

There were lots of fun selections to choose from. JibJab was quite easy to use for us first-timers. Our recipient liked the birthday card we sent. We have gotten JibJab cards from friends before and enjoyed them, so we thought we'd try it.

I found the sight fun! My only issue I found was that it was unclear where to put the mouth. My videos came out with big black things over the mouth. I have to keep practicing that.

All I wanted to do was make a birthday card for my brother and thought it would cost 3.99. Next thing I know, I'm charged 18.99 and have become a member.

Disappointed in the limited options I found, not flexible with # of faces to add. I will be requesting a refund and not use the site again.

I could not access the pictures I had chosen for past cards and there were no instructions on how to do that.

Very pleasant to do, it's intuitive.Its could be better with most various item!

I paid the £18 requested for a years supply of cards. There was no mention of any other cost when I looked at my bank account I was charged £24 I only sent one card and to my own email to see how it worked, I ended up with 4 I thought I had cancelled the first one and could not change it I found it very frustrating

Overcharged for one year subscription instead of the two videos I wanted?!?!?!?! Ripped off

Personalizing is a bit of a challenge but I'm not all that tech savvy. I give it a 5 because it worked despite my computer limited skill set.

I have to admit I enjoy the cards as much as or possibly more than those i send to. That being said it has gone up in price a little.

We love jibjab but were surprised that when viewed on a smartphone the video we created started out with a couple of seconds of a stranger's face. Very odd.

Wondeful site to send funny message to friends. Easy to use. An idea for Developer of the site: give users the possibilità to download video

I spent some time hunting and uploading photos to add to the card, but after that effort, somehow they were not included.

Some of the music videos are cool, but personalizing them is not so user friendly, IMO.

The non-music videos are, frankly, lame.

Found the site easy to use and very amusing videos to choose from. I would like to see Village People doing YMCA
