I paid 18 dollars for one time use... said I have a year subscription but every time I go to make a new video it wants to charge me a fee and I'm already logged in under my account what a rip off
It definitely is a waste of time and then you have to pay for something that you have no control over (I mean the fine tuning of the faces, etc). Also, even the videos I DID make a year or two ago for free are now being blocked. Anyone who wants to look at them or send them, etc has to pay 18/year. AND YES THEY WERE FREE WHEN I FIRST MADE THEM! And... back then I was able to view them as much as I wanted. Too bad...
Customer service was quick to remedy my issue I am amazed! Highly recommend! The app is fun too but Customer Service totally rocks!
I would like a refund since I just joined and within the 30 days trial period. The card was never received by the birthday recipient, and I spent time getting it ready for them. Disappointing! And a refund on the card that I paid for since it never was delivered. I have sent other ecards to them in the past without a problem, from other sites. It shows in my Jibjab acct that it was sent, butso please refund the yearly charge, and the amount for the card.

I thought that I was signing up for $1.50 then find an $18.00 charge from Jib Jab.
I also sent 4 cards out and only 1 showed up to the recipient.
I will be canceling my subscription
My little nephews had no idea I could dance and sing like pharrell williams! They were seriously impressed... I guess that's what happens when showing this app to a 3 year old and 5 year old lol!
Wanted so badly to make a card for Valentines and Birthdays... put $20 on the account and the next page says "try again later"

I enjoy making and sending the JIBJAB cards. Such fun! The faces are easy to add. The person receiving the card feels that he/she has received something special. Thank you for JibJabs!

I've used JibJab for at least two years and sent at least a dozen cards, all for birthdays.
Nearly every card I've sent has been a personalized video card with both action and music, so the recipient's face and often faces of family members are on the figures in the video. Some of these cards have been a lot of fun for both me and the recipient, as well as others in their family.
In addition, I was spending $4-5 per card when I was purchasing cards from stores, so JibJab has saved me money.
I awarded 3 stars because 1) JibJab has not produced enough new cards; 2) Too many of the new cards it has produced are too similar to existing cards.
As a result, I have to search through many more JibJab cards to find one suitable to send. After all, if my recipient has previously received a JibJab birthday card from me, I don't want to send them a birthday card this year that is too similar to their card of last year or the year before.
In sum, over the past 2-3 years JibJab has made it possible for me to send original and fun cards. I've gotten my money's worth. But JibJab has to work harder to continue creating new cards of diverse kinds.
When I had a problem, they responded in less then 24 hours---in 1 hour, actually. Their response was professional and they definitely work with the best interest of the customrer in mind!
Heck of a lot of fun making the custom, interactive Birthday cards... got everybody in the family laughing. Looking forward to making more e-cards for other upcoming occasions.
I have so much fun with JibJab. I grab pictures of my family and friends and create movies and gifs for all occasions.

My JibJab card has put smiles on the faces of friends and families this Christmas. A great alternative to mailing out cards and I reached out to more people through Facebook.
It was my partner's birthday and I wanted to do something different. Well the video I made using JibJab was hysterical. Everybody got a kick out of it.

I recently joined jibjab and have been creating musical dancing cards for friends and family on facebook. They love it and get a kick out of the dancing.
Sent Jib Jab to friends and family and only great and positive remarks. So glad I joined this experience. It makes a day pleasant for myself and others.
Experience was very good. Easy to personalize and send. Choices are many and well varied. Most important to us was the response. All our recipients loved their cards!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
