I'd forgotten I had an account and that it was on auto-renewal. Once I saw the renew I asked for a refund to my original form of payment. Jib-Jab refunded my money within one day! GOOD HONEST PEOPLE THERE!

My mother was delighted. I used a pic of my father who has recently passed and one of her in the silent movie clip. She laughed on Valentine's. Thank You, Jib Jab.

Very entertaining, not just for me but for most of my subjects as well. Will definately subscribe again in a year if the product is still available at about the same price:-)

Feeling deceived and taken. When purchasing it was not obvious to me that there would be an eighteen dollar automatically renewing fee. That I have to cancel.

It would be better if their were more 4 people videos to choose from. As well i thought once you paid your membership there were no further charges i was wrong!

I've sent several in the past couple of days and have more ready to go out before Christmas --- look forward to celebrating all kinds of holidays/birthdays/etc. With my family & friends.

Lots of fun love making these videos use my friends faces and cracks me and them up sometimes i cannot stop laughing so hard it makes my chest hurt really bad

Second year's membership -- so I knew these were a hit. However, last few times I could not get the mouth to line up for singing. (One of 2 was a problem).

Easy to use except that I did not get the mouths centered in the right way (all looked like they had moustaches, so the mouth placement was too high). Fun experience.

Very satisfied with JibJab; cause it is fun making the videos and they are always so cute and funny.
I just wish there were more new ones to pick from.

I'm still inhibited to use it again. At first, it didn't go through. I tried some hours later and it did. Not sure whose picture goes in, mine or the recipient.

Searching for a New Year video, I could simply not find a single one which could unify three different family members...
Either you were alone, or in couple!
Very frustrating experience.

Would much prefer to pay per card/video, feel jibjab is trying to trick me into signing up for another year when I forget to cancel my subscription in a year's time.

Hate the auto renewal! The photo selection link is not complete. This would be so much better as a 1 and done service with a small one time fee to use.

I use this application with my students with special needs and would love more choices which did not involve alcohol scenarios. Otherwise, we have great fun and the process is easy.

Cute videos. And funny. Enjoy sending to my family and friends. They liked them as well. Took me a few tries before I figured out the mouth position. But really cute!
