The e-card I sent to two individuals were never received... And yes, I confirmed the addresses and no, they weren't in their Spam folder.

I wasn't able to create a jibjab video and wish to cancel my subscription. How can I cancel? There doesn't seem to be any instruction on cancelling.
Always fun to make... hoping to see more new content this year to choose from. My grandkids love making cards to send to friends when they visit.
Sent a card to my friend; wanted something unique for her and found it here. She loved it. It was easy to make and send the ecard.
The grand kids helped create some of the jibjabs we sent... it was lots of fun and the relatives got a big kick out of seeing them!
About 30% of the people I sent it to, 10 out of 30 or so, couldn't get it to play. Is there a common reason for this?

The software didn't use the photos I uploaded. It kept using stock photos from the app. Total waste of time and money. I deserve a full refund
Bad you charged me for somerhing that i was unable to use or access. And then i saw that it was a fee for an entire year shame on you!

It was ok, I didn't like the way the pictures fit into the faces and I couldn't get them any different. That is the reason I am not totally impressed

Jib jab client service answered my request right away and restitueted my money immediately. Never had a faster service.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
