"Staring You" videos easy to craft as long as good pictures are available of the faces of the folks you want to include. Delayed delivery option is a great feature. Would like to see more than the 37 current "Staring You" options. Current selection is reasonably broad but not deep.

I happen to be pretty computer savvy and I'd like to have the option to edit and cut out heads perfectly so the experience is more personalized. Now the current heads are awkward and look cheap. I loved being able to spend time editing the heads just right to send to family and friends.
I had not used my membership in over a year and wanted to cancel it. I emailed in and asked to have that done and if they gave credit on the remaining portion of the year. Their response was quick, friendly and they did give me credit back for the yr. I was very happy with the experience and will continue to let my friends and family know about this site.

I must say that I'm very pleased I have never got such quick response back from off of a website it's amazing to me and I appreciate you getting back with me without me having to right you again it was so quick and easy and very nice to have someone take care of me over a website as quick and easy as you guys did thank you so much.
I accidentally signed up for the premium membership. When I realized I was being charged $18 I contacted JibJab. They immediately responded and within two days, as they promised, it was taken care of and I still have my $18 and a free non-premium JibJab membership. I am VERY IMPRESSED.

Great... I worked for 24 years with a Team of LE/Military style gunslingers for a major Department in the L. A. area. It just isn't seemly to send a B-Day card to an old partner with hearts and flowers all over it. JibJab fills the bill.
None of my recipients could open their cards. In the end I had to send a link.
I find the most fun is trying to match my faces with the right card.
In a time where you usually get a recorded voice reading you a menu of options, my email to Jib jab was responded to the same day I sent it, in the way I wanted it to go. They were friendly and helpful. Thanks!
JibJab so fun to use or even try, if you are concerned about trying and not liking it, don't be. The customer service is exceptional and they mean what they say about their full satisfaction guarantee.
Don't spend your money on this, it is a waste. If I could get it back, I would. There is a very low selection of videos and the process of trying to put the faces on the people is way to difficult.
My hubby & I were sad not to see our youngest granddaughter on her 4th birthday, so we decided to send a fun card with us as the characters. She loved it especially because Pa ended up doing the ladies parts & Nanny was the skinny male character. We shared it with our 7 other grandchildren who thought it was hilarious.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
