Removed from the card amount 9 times greater than that indicated.It spoiled the mood. I was very upset.

Fun and quirky idea for those who have everything. A personalised card is a great way to let your recipient know that you are special to them. It puts a smile on their face to think you took the time to make an individual card just for them.

I sent an email regarding an automation payment renewal and i got refund on that day they worked closely with paypal

Took me overly long to find my heads to make a video. You have to make the selections alot easier to find utilize

I have been sending Jib Jabs for years and my family and friends and work associates all appreciate them and find them hilarious! My only suggestion is to upgrade and update some of the offerings as I am running out of appropriate, funny choices and will not send the same ones over and over!

We had a ball making these for the holiday's using our family's heads so many laughs so much fun! We put them on a DVD and showed them Christmas afternoon cant stop making them! Fun!

I like the product but didn't like having to sign up for automatic renewals. I did change this in preferences.

I try to use a jibjab to send to anyone having a birthday, anniversary, celebration, or whatever. They are fun to watch and people just love seeing themselves in them!

While I personally love the creativity and uniqueness of all the videos and cards I've found on here, they are not all equally appropriate for my kids to click on. It would be a good idea to have a rating or an alert system on each thumbnail. You know how they put a red hot chili pepper on the menu when you should expect spicy? Like that, Simple.;-)

This is a fun site. Easy to use and fantastic customer service. Highly recommended. You call also download the videos you make for a nominal fee

I appreciated that JibJab closed my account and refunded my yearly fee without any hassle. Enjoy the sight, but was not using it as frequently as I would have liked. But a great product.
And who knows, I may find another opportunity to use it.

I like making cards featuring the same 4 people (2 couples) and am bummed that there are quite a few cards where you *have* to use 5 people. Also why is there no way to store email addresses of the people you send to over & over so you don't have to retype them every time?
