I put a review on here last week because of the terrible service I had received. Long story short. I bought a ring, had it resized it turned my daughters finger green and I wanted a refund. Was told no several times. Sandra call me yesterday and we had a very nice conversation and she refunded me the cost of the ring. She stand behind her company and this is the way a good company should act. Thank you Jewlr and Sandra.

The site was very straightforward and easy to follow. I went in knowing what I wanted and got exactly that in a super short period of time. Great!

Had a few issues with ordering my husband's Ring. Not turning up on time for xmas. Getting lost in transit, so had to wait for another ring to be made. With all this going on, jewlr did keep me update through out and sorted the issue very well. Received the ring in time for my husbands 50th birthday. Thankyou Jewlr. The ring is beautiful.

Overall it was easy but anytime i refreshed the page it didnt keep my settings. Website needs a little touchup.

Description lacked a bit. Needed to know if it was plated or full sterling silver. Kind of taking a gamble.

Im giving them only 4 because I have not received the ring yet but Im hoping it comes out great! It is a company I havent heard much of but it had pretty good reviews so Im putting so trust in to it.

I like that when you set up one piece of jewelry with stones and names, if you look at others, it automatically inserts the same ones, without having to create it all over again. I just hope both items are as nice as they appear online.

Easy to make last minute changes before finalizing your order. Prices seem reasonable. Not sure on quality yet because I have not received items yet...

First and foremost, the ability to CUSTOMIZE jewelry like this is innovation at it's finest, if you want to tell somebody you love them this website offers several ways for you to do it in your own unique way. Though the pieces are much smaller than anticipated, I wouldn't buy an engagement ring here, but they still look phenomenal and everyone I gave a custom piece to enjoyed theirs (3 persons) especially the woman I love which was most important. Size doesn't always matter! Lastly, I have to mention the customer service, some websites you send emails, call, and walk 500 miles just to reach somebody and have them them help you, I sent ONE email and they got back to me within a day. Truly outstanding and great business, I hope this company goes as far as those big name places that offer the same old everything.

While this site has excellent deals and promotions, it kept rejecting my debit card information even though everything was right and there was definitely enough money. Thank God for being able to purchase through amazon.

Easy site to navigate, also got to use discount code which paid for free gift wrapping and an extra 5$ off my order! Very pleased. It's the small things that matter.

It was great options for not a bad price easy to figure out the layout was great and prices weren't super high. I enjoyed having the options for different designs colors and sizes were great. The little hints and information is all there I dont feel like i had to read between the lines.

My first purchase was a beautiful emerald promise ring. I was really pleased.

The next ring I purchased had substantial flaws upon receipt.
Customer Service seems to be genuinely determined to satisfy customer needs and concerns, and they are very responsive. The warranty is good.
Still in the process of having the second and third ring repaired.

(A third ring I ordered came out beautifully, but a small nick/crack made it past the quality inspection.)
Jewlr.com has promised to correct both rings.

I don't know if I have the opportunity to come back and modify my reviews. I hope I can. I'd love to come back and give a 5 star review.

I hope the company will tighten up its quality inspections so that the customer doesn't have to fool around with a return process, which is always inconvenient.

I'm entering this review for a new order I just placed. If it is finished nicely, it will be a winning gift for my new bride. I'm hoping for the best.
So far, I feel good about purchasing here.
