My first purchase was a beautiful emerald promise ring. I was really pleased.
The next ring I purchased had substantial flaws upon receipt.
Customer Service seems to be genuinely determined to satisfy customer needs and concerns, and they are very responsive. The warranty is good.
Still in the process of having the second and third ring repaired.
(A third ring I ordered came out beautifully, but a small nick/crack made it past the quality inspection.)
Jewlr.com has promised to correct both rings.
I don't know if I have the opportunity to come back and modify my reviews. I hope I can. I'd love to come back and give a 5 star review.
I hope the company will tighten up its quality inspections so that the customer doesn't have to fool around with a return process, which is always inconvenient.
I'm entering this review for a new order I just placed. If it is finished nicely, it will be a winning gift for my new bride. I'm hoping for the best.
So far, I feel good about purchasing here.
