Staff was helpful and friendly. I had issues determining the right stone to request and the staff on the phone took adequate time to review stock to help select the right stone for my wife's ring.
Very disappointed with my order. I have paid more £81 for size large of pendant and I have received a very small one which is not even suitable for infant. I will be ashamed to give this to my sister after spending £300. Not going to buy from them again. When I posted this on facebook they blocked me.
Super simple and easy to personalize. I was able to make two necklaces; One for my grandmother containing 8 birthstones of her daughter, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughters and grandsons. And one for my mother-in-law containing 2 birthstones for her two sons. I will definitely be shopping with Jewlr again!
I was a bit weary to actually buy this peice because when I put the name in it looked great but when I was putting my credit card numbers in the necklace still said Ashley which is the name you guys used. I figured when I was buying this peice upon getting ready to push enter it still said Ashley I just assumed the name I put would be there upon hitting enter to order this peice not Ashley. I guess what I'm saying is upon hitting enter to buy this peice it should have the name you entered not the sample you guys have.
This is the second year in a row my order was screw up right before xmas
Was hoping to have it by Christmas. Even with the fastest shopping method it won't make it
I ordered ear rings and a pendant for my wife with my childrens birthstones inside (the caged style). The birthstones are all but invisible! You literally cant see them at all if you are more than6 inches away, both pieces basically just look like the silver cage with nothing inside. I checked the box to see if they fell out. The stones pictured online are AT LEAST 5 times larger than what I got inside the jewelry. Maybe if you go with the fake stones theyll be bigger, but I paid extra for real gems and Im embarrassed to give them to my wife!
Look forward to seeing the quality of the ring. (So I can purchase more)

I was very disappointed in the quality of this ring. At first I thought they forgot to put the inscription but after looking closely I could barely make out the names. If you are planning to purchase a ring from Jewlr I would look elsewhere! If I could put zero stars I would!
I love my ring my husband got me for Christmas so much that we decided to get our 2 daughters rings also. It's fun and easy and a large selection to choose from. And you get to customize yourself. Shipping is free and it arrived very quick.
I will never have to wonder where to find the perfect gift again!
