I put an item in my cart when it was at a reduced price (~$90) and when I went to purchase it about 2 weeks before Christmas, the price had gone up to well over $100! I decided to buy it because it was my mom's gift, BUT that doesn't mean the price should've gone up! I even emailed them about it to get a credit back for the price change and they essentially told me to $#*! off. Never buying from Jewlr again.

I ordered the Double Baguette Pendant. It came exactly as described and built on the website. I found navigation and ordering east. Turnaround time was quick... I believe 14 business days. Overall I would recommend Jewlr and use them again.
I was very surprised at the quality & weight of the pendant for the price I paid. When I received it and opened the box it was too beautiful for words. My husband was alittle choked up at the sentiment and how it looked. The best part is that it was 100% refundable but luckily it didn't come to that but it was reassuring knowing that I had the option.
Ordering online was super easy and I really liked that the images were in real time, every time I changed a stone it was updated immediately - I knew exactly what I was getting.
