Really impressed ring came very quick and very happy with service when neckless that it came with had broke and there was no problems sending out a new one

Very beautiful mothers ring with my 3 sons birthstones in it. I liked that it's custom to my wife, with an affordable cost even with enscription. Unfortunately it was a surprise and bought the same size as her wedding ring finger and turns out her right hand ring finger is larger so will have to send back to be resized. I hopefully will have the same great experience with that as well.

I ordered two jewelr items and was supposed to receive a Free gift (necklace) with the order. It was not with the received items and never got it.

Can't read the writing and looks like a cheap ring

After taking delivery of a double baguette pendant, I was a little disappointed with the size of the item. The chain was very thin and the pendant, although nicely made, was very small. I do not recall any measurements on the website to indicate size and the pop ups did not state a size. A little underwhelmed for the price.

There is a wide selection of rings for just about anyone. Loved that you can pretty much create your own ring with countless choices on every part of the ring. Great place to find a ring for the one you love!

I ordered a ring for my daughter from my granddaughter and let her pick it out. Her mom loved it and got all teary eyed when my granddaughter gave it to her.

Easy site to maneuver. Gem size very oversized in pictures. I am not happy with the size of the simulated gems in the ring - we can hardly see them, except for the simulated ruby. Very disappointed in that.

The ring was beautiful and Mom loved it but the actual stones were alot smaller than I expected.

Great service, the family ring came on time, we weren't sure if it would fit and it was a xmas gift for our daughter, I got in touch with customer service who assured me there would be no problem exchanging the ring for a different size after the xmas rush was over. Fortunately the ring fit our daughter and she was very pleased with it.

I purchased a Name necklace 10K gold for my daughter and couldn't be more pleased with it. It looks just like the one I designed in the page very fine piece. The thin chain makes it more elegant and less extravagant. She Love it!

You made it easy to order and the product was great. I really liked and appreciated the engraving service and the opportunity to resize if needed as it was a first ring gift for our granddaughter whose sized we were not certain of. Delivery was fast and packaging was nice too.
