I had to contact this website four times to get a return authorization number (3 emails, one unanswered phone call), without any answers to the questions I asked, or any kind of personal communication. I was overcharged by $2.02 for the stated restocking fee. I paid postage both way (original purchase and return, ending up getting refunded only 63% of my total costs.

Their site claims sterling silver items will be stamped for authenticity. My chain arrived and was clearly not sterling silver and it had no stamp saying it was sterling silver. The clasps were also extremely low quality. I asked for a return authorization and was told I would have to pay for return shipping and insurance and there would be a restocking fee. This restocking fee is not mentioned on the sites (I'm sure they pay for) that claim they are so good.
I pointed out that the item was not what they advertised so I should not have to pay for returning it. Their response was even though it isn't stamped it is still sterling silver.

Ordered a medical alert bracelet which includes a flash drive for important medical information, meds, name and phone number of doctor, allergies, etc. A great idea. Unfortunately, the safety clasp broke on day one after I spent a lot of time entering all my medical information on the flash drive. Also, the bracelet was huge and I had to take it to a jeweler to remove a few links. I contacted www.jewelbasket.com about the broken clasp. Initially, they offered to send a new one, but after about three weeks when a replacement did not arrive, I contacted them and was told that they were going to credit my VISA but not send a replacement. So the good news is that I got it for free, but the bad news is that the safety clasp doesn't work, so I have to be careful every time I wear it. Not good customer service in the end.
