I was very nervous placing my first order of vaccines and of course they got held up and didn't make it over night They was warm when they arrived due to FedEx being held up but jefferspet made sure to get me new ones shipped out fast and they arrived with ice packs still frozen Amazing customer service and They for sure just got a new lifetime customer

I'd give 0 stars but site won't allow it. I was lied to twice about a shipping date for equine vaccines and was lied to. If your computer system doesn't work, fix it or buy a new one. May you can ask your greedy ceo to reduce his salary so you can afford a real computer. There are several nice ones on eBay that you might be able to afford…Next year, I'll find a viable supplier.

May you can ask your greedy ceo to reduce his salary so you can afford a real computer. There are several nice ones on eBay that you might be able to afford…Next year, I'll find a viable supplier.

They will send a wrong items and never exchange or refund or even send a return label. Saying again and again by phone and email that it's going to happened just to drag time and make customer tired to keep reminding them to do the right thing. Total scam. Communication with customer service became just listening their lie over and over. Blaming numerous non-exiting "department" they have and openly bull$#*!ting. Bad enough they advertise and sell items they simply don't have in stock and they send wrong/alike ones hoping customer just keep it anyway. But if u insist on sending back wrong item- they will just continue lying,- this time that they will help you and give u refund or exchange, They never do!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this web-site. They sell product they don't have. They do not refund even though they promise it. They lie repeatadly.

They have good sales, but their shipping is a little high. My dog loved the toys. The Giggle Ball was a big hit.

Jeffers web site states clearly that all orders over 49 dollars ship free. When checking out with a 56 dollar order I was charged 20$ for shipping. I called them and they said they didn't add shipping but it was a charge from the shipping service. Fedx or ups. Are you kidding? This is not free shipping! It's a bait and switch. Listing free shipping is just that. Sneaking in a shipping charge after ordering is really bad service. Watch out!

I never got my order. When I called customer service they batted me back to UPS who batted me back to Jeffers. Jeffers customer service basically said they had shipped it so it was my problem and I could file a claim with UPS. UPS says they returned the shipment because they couldn't find the address and I should get a refund from Jeffers since the product was returned to them. So I'm out $400 and a dozen "please hold" phone call sessions. I never had this issue before and was very satisfied, but I won't be ordering from Jeffers ever again. I tried to add proof of purchase, but it won't accept the pdf file. If you can tell me how to fix this, I'll send it. I don't know how to convert to jpg.

SAVE YOUR SELF AND BUY VACCINES FROM ANOTHER SOURCE! THEY WILL NOT BE ANY GOOD WHEN THEY ARRIVE! They will not make it right by returns or credit so your just out 100 plus dollars!

Hope you learn to work with LONG TIME CUSTOMERS or your business is in trouble!!!!

Ordered 2 times. The first time it took over 6 weeks to get my package. Shipping charges of 39$ were applied.
Gave them a second chance because you know $#*! happens. After placing in the order and charging the card, the emailed me to add an extra 62.10$ of shipping charges to my order (which wasn't even 100$). Nope. Cancelled all that.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this one has been earned. I've had a horrible experience with this company. We ordered a Marek's vaccine for our chicks, which is to be given at one day old. If you've ever had the displeasure of losing chickens to Marek's, you know how awful it is, and that the virus is pretty much everywhere. The vaccine must be shipped overnight, and be kept cold. I ordered the vaccine Monday, paid the overnight shipping on it, and even went as far as to contact the company prior to placing the order to be sure it was in stock and would ship that day, since I wanted to time the delivery correctly with our hatch. When my vaccine hadn't shown up the next day (Tuesday) and it was after 3:30pm I tracked my order. It had been shipped UPS 3-day ground, rendering the vaccine useless because it wasn't kept cold, as well as not arriving on time for the correct day/age to vaccinate my chicks. I chatted with the company and was told it was my fault, I chose ground shipping, and the service associate got smart and asked if I had my email confirmation from them. I told her I did have it, and I was also looking at my order. I was looking at the $23.99 charge that said next day air shipping. After checking further, she realized she was wrong, someone at their company had changed the shipping to ground, and in fact, yes I had paid for overnight shipping. I explained why I needed it right away, and asked if it could be sent that day. At this point I had also called customer service, because the chat was very slow, and the girl wasn't able to give any answers. I was told they were walking my vaccine out to the warehouse immediately and would try to get it on the truck. They also told me they'd refund my shipping because it had been such a headache and their error. (Honestly, the entire vaccine is probably useless at this point because I'll be late giving it. We've tried to keep the chicks isolated and follow extreme precautions, but Marek's seems to be everywhere, hence the reason to vaccinate day old chicks). I was also told someone would follow up with me and let me know if it made the truck or not. Nobody every followed up with me and the vaccine didn't arrive the next day (Wednesday). I hadn't received any confirmation emails either. So I called the company last night and they told me it had shipped today (Wednesday), and would be arriving the next day (Thursday). Okay, great, didn't make it on the truck the night before (Tuesday), so we're another day out, but at least it's coming. I asked if I could get a confirmation email since I hadn't received anything, and the girl sent it. Why do you have to call and ask? Normally it's just sent right away. But at least she sent it. I checked my bank account today, and they definitely charged me for the vaccine, and also a UPS shipping fee, and some fee from their company. The charge wasn't pending, it was finalized. So I chatted with them again, and was told what the charges were (because when they girl sent me an email yesterday, after I requested it, these charges weren't on it). They also weren't on the pending charges in my bank account yesterday. So I explained I thought I wasn't going to be charged for shipping and then they claimed they were going to refund it. Honestly, I don't know if they will or not. I just know every single step of this process has been a hassle and a headache, and I will never order from them again. This was something really important, and obviously they just don't really care. I know times are tough, I know everyone is under staffed and doing the best they can, but just really the lack of care and concern and complete negligence of this company stinks.

Over the last 13 years I have had very few issues with Jeffers. And when I have had issues it was always quickly addressed. Jeffers would have had a higher rating if it wasnt for my recent customer service issue. On 4/29 I placed an order-- and was shown on the web page that the shipping could take up until November, but that I wouldn't be charged until my items shipped. Well, I really needed the vaccines I ordered so I figured I could wait.
On May 15th I checked my paypal account, and noticed that Jeffers charged me. So I went to my Jeffers account and saw that my order was still being processed but hadn't been shipped yet, the delivery date had been set to 5/11-- But I never received a package, or an email notifying me of my product having been shipped. I disputed the charge, and by June 1st Jeffers came up with a UPS tracking number--I contacted UPS, but they would not give me (the recipient) any details about the order--they would only talk to the sender--Jeffers.

Jeffers will no longer return correspondence about the order, or help figure out what went wrong and WHY I was #1) Never notified of a pending shipment in the first place-- and 2) Why I was charged for items purchased but never received.

Jeffers just stole $142 from me-- and it isnt the first time that this company has done this to their customers. Another farm I was notified had a $1200 order get 'lost' in their system as well.

I have NEVER had issues with shipping, being notified of shipping, or being mis-charged by any other retailer other than Jeffers. From now on I will only conduct business with ValleyVet or PBS Animal Health. At least these 2 companies are on the ball with customer communications and responding to client concerns in a timely manner! And dont steal money!

Tip for consumers:
dont order vaccines or anything you need immediately.

... I have been a customer of Jeffer's for well over 25 yrs. I used to order by phone and when they went online I've ordered that way since. I have never once been disappointed with any products or customer service in all of those years. Their prices are always always lower than "pet stores" to the point I refuse to shop at any of them because I'm always disappointed in customer service, lack of knowledge and of course... pricing! I have purchased everything under the the sun from them... toys, treats, collars, beds, medicine... you name it I've bought it from them... One Christmas years ago... I forgot the in the confusion to purchase puppy presents and at the last minute put in an order that I wasn't sure would be delivered on time even with expedited delivery... it was with a day to spare... this last Christmas I needed 2 toys of the same color and I know that color is not a choice with this particular item... I asked knowing it might not happen and when I opened the box there they were! So for this long time customer I will always use Jeffer's Pet Supply... they have been there for me and current and past Dober Loves!

The quality of the products is always better than I expect, considering the price. Customer reviews help me assess how the item may fair with my dogs. Our dogs love the $1 and $2 squeaky toys. The dog sweaters are always just as described; the sizes are easy to figure out for large and small dogs.
