THAT COURIER COMPANY "SVUUM" IS THE WORST IN GREECE.
THEY HAVE MY PACKAGE IN THEIR PREMISES SINCE 21/12/23 AND THEY WON'T DELIVER IT UNTIL NEXT YEAR.
I CONTACTED SVUUM VIA CHAT AND EMAIL, TRIED TO FIND A SOLUTION, EVEN SUGGESTED PICKING UP MY SELF...BUT NO, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP.
NO AVAILABILITY OF A CALL CENTER.
ALSO, I CONTACTED JD CUSTOMER CARE,,,I BEGGED FOR HELP AS THE PACKAGE IS A PRESENT FROM SANTA FOR NEW YEAR...BUT ALSO NO SOLUTION GIVEN.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I returned a pair of shoes and I was told a refund would be given in 3-5 days. Well it's been close to a month if not longer with no money, multiple phone calls to be on hold and then hung up on every single time, to 4 emails with only 1 follow up. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! They have a 1 star rating for a reason.
Order Number: *******429- Do waste your time ordering anything from JDS Sports or Finish like you will probably never receive your order, not only to they take a long time to inform you that your order was cancelled, but it also takes a long time for them to return your money. Was trying to cancel my membership and was unable too, I won't order anything from Finish line or JDS if you plan on getting your loved ones something for Xmas skip the chain.
The WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. Won a online raffle for a pair of Jordan's releasing. Invoice they gave when I went to purchase said was invalid. Tried calling customer service multiple times with no answer, emails and live chats. No results. Now the shoes are sold out everywhere and I have to pay resale price! I will NEVER buy anything from this place again. BUYER BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS! I had to give a 1 star rating. It shouldn't even get that!

Liars & thieves! I Ordered a £175 tracksuit for my boyfriend it didn't arrive. Contacted jd who constantly told me Hermes had delivered it. Filled out all relevant forms and after weeks of sending emails and just being fobbed off by JD I opened a case on PayPal. Even though Hermes had already declared this parcel as missing, they still provided PayPal the tracking number to say it had been sent. PayPal closed my case. I then contacted Hermes directly who confirmed they had declared the parcel as missing, went back to JD who said I would now have to forward the email to a different department (she could have forwarded it and copied me in, but she told me she is not allowed to discuss this case with me, like I'm some sort of criminal!) They then replied to me and said PayPal decision stands and they won't refund me. So they lied to PayPal by providing them a tracking number, when Hermes had already declared the parcel as missing to them and then because of the false information, they provided, the case was closed and I will not get a refund. They will also claim their money back off of Hermes as the parcel has been declared as missing, so this amount will be credited to them on their bill, from Hermes. I cannot believe such a well known company would act so dishonestly, I will now have to take this through my bank as a fraudulent payment, with the proof it was never delivered which they know but are still refusing to refund!
Yesterday I went In JDSports in Oshawa mall and bought a pair of Nike shoes, upon leaving the store I had dropped my receipt somewhere and couldn't find it, the next day I had went back to the store and asked for a receipt and asked if I could either return or exchange the shoes. Instead, mall security was called and we were escorted out and banned from JDSports, Oshawa mall Ontario. The head manager was very rude and unpolite towards us and the other employees were laughing as the situation escalated. On top of all this some employees were trying to help us but the head manager told them not to.
My son ordered something online and we needed it for the next day it hadn't made it to the store yet so I had to pay for my item in cash and they were supposed to reimburse my card my credit card which I've been waiting and waiting and still haven't received my funds I tried calling customer service stayed on the phone for hours never spoke to anyone I tried contacting online all of my chats were ended before my issue was resolved It is very difficult to reach out to a representative and very frustrating
A bunch of school kids running the shop, lack of sympathy and empathy. Rude staff whuch have no idea how retail and consumer law work in the country.No one willing to help
Ridiculously horrible customer service and overall experience. Bought a jersey from them, to ship to Canada. Took a long time to ship but that's not all too uncommon. Once it actually shipped it was taking an unusually long time to arrive, even for international. Tracking information barely updated over weeks, until finally it showed up as ‘failed delivery, returned to sender'. This made zero sense, as I work from home, so I reached out to them with the situation.
Their customer service doesn't actually read your emails, as my request was simply asking them to re-send since I still wanted the item. They sent me a ‘Lost parcel' form to fill out as they claimed they couldn't open a case without it (even though the tracking showed who signed for it at JD Sports). As soon as I filled it out and sent it back they sent me a refund. I replied and asked why, as i didn't request one and actually wanted the item. The worst part was that due to the exchange rate, I actually lost money ($20) for an item I never received. They ignored my email so I sent another. Their last reply said a number of items aren't actually in stock and so they have to issue a refund after someone orders, and they claimed that was what happened in my case. I replied that if they actually read my email and looked at order order number they would know that's not the case as the item physically shipped. Of course they didn't reply.
So in the end I lost money on a transaction that never actually happens, and JD Sports couldn't even care enough to read the emails and provide a real response.
Be careful then, you might be very disappointed if you need to solve issue with you purchase! I am sorry to say but I was absolutely patient until now. I am waiting for a hoodie back or my money back since October. The customer service it's a joke: It's always someone different answering back. They do not know the history of the issue and they keep asking the same questions. Even speaking over the phone, explaining the problem over and over again, I am still waiting for money or the item back - JUST BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO TAKE THE SECURITY TAG OFF IN THE SHOP! Now after 2 months I am still without the hoodie or money.
Ordered 2 joggers and received 1, they claim they have proof they have sent both when only 1 was in package.

I purchased a pair of trainers online. Soon after I realised I had purchased the wrong size, I immediately called customer care to either change size or cancel order. I was told they can't see my order on their side must call at least after an hour when the system has updated. After one hour I was told that the item had already been dispatched. I then ordered the correct size in the hope I would return the wrong size when it arrives. Wrong size arrived 2 days later and I returned it on the 21st of Nov 22. I rang JD after 14 days and was told they still hadn't received the trainers, I told them this was non of my business as I had proof that I returned the item. I was then told to ring again if I don't receive refund in the next 3 days. On the 6th day I called them again and was told that the refund has just processed successfully and should be in my account in 3-5 business days.
This company does not want to refund at all I have friends who have complained about their unwillingness to refund.
I will buy anything from them again I do not even want an apology all I want is my money back. App deleted from all my devices.
Worst customer service by far.

If you are thinking of ordering online with the blue card discount I wouldn't bother! Every time the order is delayed or lost! I then did another order with exclusions so couldn't use discount, went to collect in store and was given "lost order". Gave parcel back as already claimed the refund. Once again have put an order through (with the 20%) and there are issues! PLEASE DO NOT ADVERTISE A DISCOUNT AND LET PEOPLE DOWN! *My account details verify this claim!
Yes, JD provides a website for us to buy all sports wear. Unfortunately the JD webpage is poorly built, and often crashes during the process of viewing and also when purchasing. So much so, that you are unsure whether your card was charged or not. So here we wait…. Not knowing if I purchased the item(s) I wanted. The confirmation of purchase is so much longer than other shopping webpages.
Hey, we can live with that, the problem with JD online is customer service and replying to a customers inquiry or issue. Basically there is none - you can email or contact via their online connection and guess what…no reply at all. As in zero. JD offer all the same merchandise as other online stores, at basically same price, and same delivery costs…. But what they fail to do…. Is offer any form of online customer service or after sales care. Once JD has your order processed and your money received, you are no longer a concern for them.
I have had much better feedback and customer care with ‘lifestyle sports' for example, when ordering through their online store.
I stopped in purchase a pair of shoes on 9/4/21. I asked to try on a shoe The rep goes and retrieves the shoes, then says to me "Your shoes are at the front counter. " I told her that I needed to try the shoes on and she says "It is new release you can't try this on" Being confused I asked to speak the the manager. The manager says "You have to purchase it and bring it back if it doesn't fit" She then proceeds to tell me that this is the store policy and everyone know the policy,
I told her I"m not everyone and I don't know the policy, and if it is a policy where is that policy displayed at. It's not on the walls or on the back of the register. She then says "We don't have to show you the policy" So I told her it is very assuming to think that everyone know how they operate and that I would contact her manager.
I have called customer service twice and filed a complaint. So far, no response. I have also reached out to the distract manager and left a couple voice mails. I have yet to receive a follow up call.

It is so ironic to receive an email asking you to leave a review of your purchase when in fact you haven't received your purchase. I ordered on Dec 17th a pair of shoes that were in stock, paid two days express shipping and since then I haven't heard anything. The money from my purchase were taken from my account since Dec 17 without receiving the order. I tried almost every day to call customer service that I now believe there is no customer service for this company. I tried to send an email and I received an automatic response that they are busy and they will ansewer back between 5-8 business days. The days passed and I haven't received anything. I tried the live chat...another joke. Waited for my turn, always started from position 21, and after I got to the 9th position, it would reconnect again and bring me back to position 21.
This is a fraud, I had enough patience, but I will not stop here. I will make a complaint to Consumer Protection Service and a lawyer too. It is ridiculous how a company like this can exist. I don't even want any product from them anymore. I would like my money back, plus some more for using my money for almost a month without sending the product that I ordered.

The $200 gift card I bought from JDSPORT also known as FINISHLINE was a present for my young niece to buy herself a winter coat for her birthday. It never worked. JDSPORT customer service checked that the amount was still in the card ($200) then suspended the card. Now they have not managed to give me a refund. A month later after dealing with tons of Customer Service people they can't figure anything out.
I'm out $200 and have reported JDSPORT to Better Business Bureau and my bank is pursuing JDSPORT for collection of my funds. Clearly this company is raking in money and doesn't care if they are selling GIFT CARD FRAUD. DO NOT BUY JDSPORTS GIFT CARD. PLEASE. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I went to the JD sports in Southpark mall in colonial heights VA and the lady who was working had very big teeth and breath stank and was very rude I asked a simple question and I guess because she is like 49 working at a sneaker store she is miserable and answered with a attitude never will they see my money and I'm blasting them everywhere because they clearly are not doing a good job at the hiring process

The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I am extremely disappointed in this customer service. I ordered a womens 7 and in return received a womens 9. The representative in your customer service department named Lindsay sent me a return label which I tried to use today at Fed Ex as instructed and it was invalid.
I purchased the shoe for 40% and all I was offered was a refund and 10% off to use when the shoe restocks. After explaining this to Lindsay she stated she could not do better for me, in a dry insensitive one lined email.
I then requested to speak with a supervisor on this matter. Since then, I have not received a response from Lindsay the representative.
I have sent three to four follow up emails to Lindsay and she has began ignoring my emails.
All I am asking is to receive the shoe in my correct size at the price I initially purchased it for as once again, I did not make the error; unfortunately the error came from their end. And if not I would like to have my full refund back along with a shipping label that actually works.
I have no problem returning the shoe that was sent to me but I would like to speak to a supervisor.
This is at the Southridge Mall in Milwaukee. The store was crowded with people looking at shoes. I was standing by a display with a $210 Nike that I wanted to try on in my size. There were 3 sales people at the front of the store just standing around talking instead of helping anybody. I stood there for about 5 minutes just looking at them ignore me from only 10 feet away! I finally walked up to them and asked if I could try this on in a 91/2 and one reluctantly said "I got you man". After trying it on and deciding that I wanted to buy it, I had to go back to where the three of them were still standing around talking and tell him that I wanted to buy them. He took me to the back of the store to the check out, put the box on the counter and said "she's got you next". I turned around and seen a whole line of people that were supposed to be in front of me looking a little confused. Soo at that point I just walked out. I will never shop at this store ever again. At least I got to try the shoe on so that I know it fits and I can buy it online at another retailer.
