Went toy local shop in town center. Went as soon as it opened. It was like a nightclub with the music so loud. Sales assistant talking to me, couldn't hear her at all, when paying it took her 20 minutes to pack the stuff, 2 tracksuits and a pair of trainers, then asked if I wanted an email receipt which I said no to, she then replied you need to go to anther till and do it all again for paper receipt, absolute joke, really stress ful visit and will not ever step foot in there again, also most of staff didn't have masks and didn't sanatize

My nephew started here in redditch 6 weeks ago, the manager was leaving and didn't help him sign up properly.
Payroll ended up with the wrong details.
They was rude when we desperately tried to sort out it.
They told him he would be paid with in 7 days. Despite telling them how much this is desperately needed they are with holding his money and taking there time to pay him. It's been almost 3 weeks since everyone got paid and they are in no rush to sort it.
Every day he's broken because he owes money out and they just aren't helping to rectify it! Almost £1000 is a lot of money to just pay when ever they feel like it.
Went in to return something and the staff were so rude, no masks, there were 5 people at the tills and only one actually serving, the others were just messing around doing whatever, the girl was so rude, they placed the order online for me originally and said because I didn't have a piece of paper (which they didn't give me) they couldn't do the return, even though I had the receipt, and that although I paid £70 I'd only get £50 back because it went down in price and I didn't have this magic piece of paper she desperately needed. One member of staff overheard this and told the girl to just process the return, as I wasn't going anywhere. She seemed to be able to process it easily with no piece of paper. Just being lazy, so so rude overall, unhelpful, and staff didn't want to be there and had such bad attitude. Won't be shopping in JD again, no employees in masks at all. So poor
Horrible vile management. Having being send from Silverburn to Argyle Street to purchase some shoes for my young son we were turned away at the door by the so called manager. Their corporate website shows a closing time of 9pm but at 8:30pm they were already closed saying we should have checked Google. As this is clearly a company issue with their website the manager could have done the right thing as an exception to help but she refused. Sorry but just a horrible vile person who is in the wrong job. If she worked for my company she would have been dismissed on the spot. Just avoid this branch until they get a proper manager focused on customer service..
Ordered a jersey online, then waited to get the order at least sent, but it never did within the 5-7days as stated by JD Sports. Then went to customer service chat, 5 times, got booted out after hours of waiting. Then went to email support, never got an answer. Then called the phone number, no answer. I think I got scammed. Not even a message saying they are backlogged or anything.
I just recently ordered a pair from JD sport store. They did not have the size I wanted, so they ordered directly from their warehouse and ship to me. I paid extra fee for next-day delivery because I would be on vacation in a few days. However, the order's estimated delivery time is 3 days later. I called JD customer service, the virtual assistant said the waitline is 125 minutes (WTF). I called the Fedex customer service, the shipping label on my order was not express. So they just fking steal money and lie to the customer.
We have ordered several times from JD we have had items just not arrive sent an item back never got a refund and yesterday received an item on the invoice as cargo pants which we ordered but the item that arrived was a pink Nike jumper emailed jd but had no response as yet
I pay for next day delivery at 00:30 on the 30th of june so well before the cut off time, so say atleast 13 and a half hours before the time you have to order them by for next day delivery so should come on the 1st of July that is the next day but these useless invalids think the 4th of july is next day delivery.

Fate is hard, after a long time of waiting, dozens of emails sent with no response, I had given up the idea of receiving my package. The thirtieth day after my order, I FINALLY receive my package. The joy was short-lived, JD sport was mistaken in the color of one of my two items (lmfao).
The best is yet to come, the item with the color ordered is out of stock, JD sports has the nerve to ask me to return the unwanted item to trigger the refund.
JD sports offers products with a very attractive streetwear style, unfortunately JD sports is not up to the task and proves an undeniable lack of professionalism.
When you don't know how to manage an E-commerce, you don't do E-commerce business.
Successfully won a raffle but was then told that there was no more shoes in stock, terrible customer Service on top of everything, will never use them again
Ordered a pair of Nikes that I have been trying to locate for months, which I was so pumped to finally have a chance to get my hands (or feet) on... lol. I paid like $25 in shippnig fees to expedite the shipping, and get the shoes by the following FRI, as I was going out of town and wanted to wear. I waited all week, and was watching the due date info repeatedly, only to not have any shoes. JD Sports sent me tracking info, but never even sent the dang package/shoes out. They sat in the warehouse all week and not 1 person noticed. This will be my 1st and last pair from JD. Just being careless and sloppy with silly mistakes. Hopefully, it was just a 1x thing, and nobody else has problems with shipping. I just wanted some accountability, not "oh well", our bad, we missed that one. I get nobody is perfect, but own up, and take care of me in SOME way, for your oversight. Thx

Unless your buying in the store it's absolutely astonishing how bad the costumer service/delivery is. I was in Texas for a week and I bought some shoes for delivery to utah and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't even gotten an email or any kind of confirmation that they have even been shipped just a receipt the "Customer care" phone number doesn't even work if I didn't get a receipt it's like I never bought it, in there eyes I would highly suggest not to go here absolutely horrible experience if I don't see any email or the box not show up I'm getting law enforcement involved

I ordered JORDAN 11 RETRO LOW WHITE / UNIVERSITY BLUE - CEMENT GREY for my daughter. Online ordering was easy, the shoes arrived within 2 days. The product was perfect, exactly what we ordered, fast, and now I have one extremely happy daughter.
I rated it one star because I couldn't rate none. I placed a pick up order for one pair of shoes and it wasn't even ready two hours later. I called multiple times for an update and got hung up and and talked to rudely. The manager eventually told me to come to the store. Once I arrived they gave me trouble saying they weren't ready, and mind you there was maybe 3 customers in the store. All the workers gave me attitude and were extremely rude. And for miss this with the rbf and the smart mouth, fix ya side part before you talk to folks crazy. I would never in a million years recommend this store to anyone or purchase from them again.
They do not know anything about Australian Consumer Laws or about a product being of an acceptable quality. You better hope you NEVER need to return these shoes. They are real quick to take your money but do not want to repair or replace shoes if there are issues.
Plastic should not be used on a shoe to hold shoe laces, I don't know if this is a reflection on Adidas for their NMD's or on JD for not standing behind their products
Rude unprofessional Management, namely KEVASIA does not take the initiative to resolve customer issues, very arrogant and argumentative. Should NEVER be given a title as store manager. This made me very uncomfortable and I will no longer be shopping at any JD sport locations, This has been the worst shopping experience in my life, They will lie to you just to get a sale.Customers be aware. On 02/11, Customer service was so bad literally ladies working so rude and it was misunderstanding about prices but didn't buy I was about to walkout they laughed at me and they were said very loud $90 not 19 hahhaha laughed. And as customer I was so humiliated and all other customers looked at me. Myself working at retail 4 yrs and i love my work and customer service, eventhough asking price or availability they have so attitude and handbaliing me to cashier and think if they really improve their business they should have a meeting of how to do customer service.

Dont order anything in this piece of sh$t store. Made a order 3 weeks ago. Should have been here on 2. June, its 15. June now. Costumer service email is uselses, nobody answers to it. Got in touch with them trough facebook. Everytime i write something i get response from a diferent employe saying the same sh$t,, We inform you that your order is currently in waiting despatch,, yeah thanks... no sh$t. When i asked about full refund they said its not possible at this point. They put the blame on,, high demand,, well dipsh$ts, you should notify that on checkout or something, not lie and act like everything is ok. Go f$ck yourself JD Sports.
