I returned a pair of shoes and I was told a refund would be given in 3-5 days. Well it's been close to a month if not longer with no money, multiple phone calls to be on hold and then hung up on every single time, to 4 emails with only 1 follow up. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! They have a 1 star rating for a reason.
I am currently on hold. Been on hold since 10 AM and it is 2:36 PM now. This is the most annoying ridiculous thing I have EVER experienced. Over a pack of socks. That stated it was free shipping but still charged me for shipping. All I am trying to do is cancel order and reorder item to pick up for free. I don't know why they offered free shipping if it still charged. I am very displeased with there lack of customer service. Being on hold for hours on 2 phones. Home stores can't help. Emailed customer care since yesterday and twice today, NO Response! I give this experience a 0! And yet I am still on hold currently. They seem to purposely avoid any types on contact to avoid customers. TERRIBLE!
Ordered and paid for shoes online. When I arrived at store after waiting for about an hour the manager finally told me they were not in stock anymore. Although the manager tried to help he had no authority to do anything. I was in a bind so My only option was to spend another $100 on a different pair of shoes and wait 7-10 days for a refund for the shoes they did not have in stock. I will never ever deal with JD sports again
I just recently ordered a pair from JD sport store. They did not have the size I wanted, so they ordered directly from their warehouse and ship to me. I paid extra fee for next-day delivery because I would be on vacation in a few days. However, the order's estimated delivery time is 3 days later. I called JD customer service, the virtual assistant said the waitline is 125 minutes (WTF). I called the Fedex customer service, the shipping label on my order was not express. So they just fking steal money and lie to the customer.

Ordered Christmas gift 3 weeks ago! Order was for store pickup and they claimed it was picked up, though cannot give any details or provide communication sent to me that pickup was ready. Getting in touch with customer service will take HOURS, and each time you reach someone they will let you know they need to research and get back to you in 3 days, which they never do, so the cycle starts over.
Refused refund, they just kept my money and still trying to resolve. I can't post pictures for my review because still have not received any product.

Order Number: *******429- Do waste your time ordering anything from JDS Sports or Finish like you will probably never receive your order, not only to they take a long time to inform you that your order was cancelled, but it also takes a long time for them to return your money. Was trying to cancel my membership and was unable too, I won't order anything from Finish line or JDS if you plan on getting your loved ones something for Xmas skip the chain.

This is at the Southridge Mall in Milwaukee. The store was crowded with people looking at shoes. I was standing by a display with a $210 Nike that I wanted to try on in my size. There were 3 sales people at the front of the store just standing around talking instead of helping anybody. I stood there for about 5 minutes just looking at them ignore me from only 10 feet away! I finally walked up to them and asked if I could try this on in a 91/2 and one reluctantly said "I got you man". After trying it on and deciding that I wanted to buy it, I had to go back to where the three of them were still standing around talking and tell him that I wanted to buy them. He took me to the back of the store to the check out, put the box on the counter and said "she's got you next". I turned around and seen a whole line of people that were supposed to be in front of me looking a little confused. Soo at that point I just walked out. I will never shop at this store ever again. At least I got to try the shoe on so that I know it fits and I can buy it online at another retailer.
Have just seen Cambridge JD sports loose 4 customers due to lazy staff refusing to help the one person behind the desk. He requested help 3 times on the radio and verbally asked 2 members of staff, the staff are clearly in compeition to avoid being the one to help.disgusting and a waste of money in staff costs for the store manager.
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I was sent the wrong shoes and JD sports would not send the correct ones, stating their system did not allow them to recreate an order. They would not refund my money until I returned the wrong shoes they had sent me. So I ended up wit no shoes, time wasted on WhatsApp, email, phone and had to leave work early to get to a post office on time to post shoes back to them. It was their error yet they would do nothing to resolve. A total breach by them of consumer guarantee to receive product ordered. A big red flag. Have now ordered same shoes from iconic. I ordered black Adidas vegan size 13 from JD and received Lacoste leather size 10. To not immediately send me the shoes I had ordered, saying their system does not allow them to recreate an order, is is a flawed system that is surely in breach of a customers right to receive the product ordered. First and last experience with this company. Byer Beware.
The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I am extremely disappointed in this customer service. I ordered a womens 7 and in return received a womens 9. The representative in your customer service department named Lindsay sent me a return label which I tried to use today at Fed Ex as instructed and it was invalid.
I purchased the shoe for 40% and all I was offered was a refund and 10% off to use when the shoe restocks. After explaining this to Lindsay she stated she could not do better for me, in a dry insensitive one lined email.
I then requested to speak with a supervisor on this matter. Since then, I have not received a response from Lindsay the representative.
I have sent three to four follow up emails to Lindsay and she has began ignoring my emails.
All I am asking is to receive the shoe in my correct size at the price I initially purchased it for as once again, I did not make the error; unfortunately the error came from their end. And if not I would like to have my full refund back along with a shipping label that actually works.
I have no problem returning the shoe that was sent to me but I would like to speak to a supervisor.

I ordered Barbie crocs for my daughter. They shipped an empty package. Sticker right on the box from postal service that said " package received without contacts" I had to fill out a form and provide photos for a return. No big deal. They claimed that they shipped out a new pair of crocs. Meanwhile, I'm waiting two weeks never received them call them again and they said they never received the form that I filled out so they canceled the crocs. Took a month (filled out the form two more times) called weekly and finally got a refund. Never got the crocs they were now out of stock. I will never order from this company again. Had to order from elsewhere which cost me way more money. So irritated. Customer service was a total joke.
Many weeks ago I had an issue in store and contacted customer services. They in turn said they would contact the store to sort out. Two weeks later I heard nothing. Two weeks again and still nothing. I contacted again and got an apology but still nothing has been done.
They do not know anything about Australian Consumer Laws or about a product being of an acceptable quality. You better hope you NEVER need to return these shoes. They are real quick to take your money but do not want to repair or replace shoes if there are issues.
Plastic should not be used on a shoe to hold shoe laces, I don't know if this is a reflection on Adidas for their NMD's or on JD for not standing behind their products
