I went to the store to buy a jacket, since they didn't had the size they ordered online when the order arrived they sent me the wrong size, so I took It to the store and they kept the jacket so they sent me an email telling me that I will received a refund witting 7 days, because the order got cancelled, so days pass I chat with them, they told me that they send me a check to my billing address which was the wrong address because I don't live there no more, so I told them to cancelled the check, them the lady told me to wait 15 days for another check, I wait it and wait it for a whole months, then I called back they told me that the lady never put in the order to send me the check so I told them if there is no other way I can received my money they told me that they will contact the store so that I can go and pick up my money, I wait fo the call and I never received the call so I call the store my self, and they told to go and pick up the money, when I go to the store the manager started with a bad actitud being rude and etc, then there was a employee talking to another customer about my self like if I weren't there… they really have a bad services and a bad customer services no respect, I expend 3 months in order to get my own money, and plus's I got bad experience with them, they don't even know what they're doing…
Such a horrible and unprofesional customer service.Not helpful and arogant.They didnt confirmed a refund to Klarna and Klarna charged me for the item I returned to the store.Basicly stole my money and told me is nothing what they can do about this.
I received excellent service from the chinook sales floor attendant Abou. He is very kind and is very patient with every costumer. Reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the other workers who seem reluctant to help costumers. Notably a round Asian girl at cashier who is very rude and does not present good costumer service. If all workers took Abou's example they'd be fine.
I bought a pair of snickers and surprize when a i opened the box 2 different shoes, i have called customer sevice but they treat me really bad not tryed to help. Very disappointed
Buy at Nike.com. They have free 60 day returns even if it's worn! I bought the Vapor max. No issues until I jogged in them. There a defect. JDs said to deal with Nike even though on Nikes website it said that they work with dealers on defects and to return them to the place you bought them! I called back and wanted to speak with the store manager and they left me on hold. What a $#*!ty place!
My kids, husband and I have bought quite a bit of runners from jd sports in Pickering town centre. Matteo has awesome customer service, is very professional and pleasant We definitely will be back to gwt more runners. Hopefully Matteo will be available to help 😉
Jensen mall. Wanted to check this store out because they knew. Being watched as we shopped in JB's sports. After walking and checking out some of the shoes. We noticed all of the employees went to the exit to see if we would walk out with something.
The sneaker was beautiful couldn't stop think about them all week. Returned to JD Bridgewater Mall to snatch them up. Requested to try them on and after 10 mins the guy says oh yeah hold tight as I sat with my shoe off waiting to step into those Lebron's. After 15 more minutes waiting on the bench I decided that's way to much cash to wait that long to be helped to spend my hard earned cash. I walked out. Beautiful sneaker lost to poor customer service.
My daughter's recent experience with JD Sports/FinishLine at LaCantera has been incredibly disappointing. She saved up her money for two pairs of shoes, hoping for a positive shopping experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare.
The first blow came when they sent the wrong pair, and attempting to resolve it through customer service, even with the association with JD Sports, proved to be frustrating and unhelpful.
Adding to the disappointment, the second pair, associated with both JD Sports and FinishLine, arrived looking worn and dirty – they were definitely used, a far cry from the new quality we anticipated.
The refund process only added to the frustration, as both JD Sports and FinishLine insisted on returning the incorrect shoes before considering a refund.
In summary, my daughter's hard-earned money went towards a regrettable experience with JD Sports/FinishLine at LaCantera. I strongly caution others against considering these stores for their purchases and recommend exploring alternatives that prioritize a positive and respectful customer experience.
My brand new hoodie that i paid 80€ for,came with a hole in it.I immediately called the service company and it told me that the only thing they can do is to return it and give me a coupon as a refund.i can tell they do this on purpose so they get rid of ripped clothes and then the customer can do very little about it.This is unacceptable.
If you're looking to purchase anything, look anywhere but JD Sports. I purchased a pair of shoes for my son. After a week of waiting for the shoes, I went back to the site to check the status of my order. It still said "processing". So I called to see what was going on. I got through to a representative, and explained I was just looking for an update for something paid for a week ago. After verifying my information, the first thing he says is something along the lines of (there was a pretty big language barrier) "we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time", and every time he responded to something repeated that same phrase. Then he said they were trying to find the shoes, then he told me there was low inventory in the warehouse, and then a few other variations. All the while repetitively telling me they can cancel an order at any time. Then he proceeds to tell me there may have been other people who purchased the shoes before me…a week ago, and now they were out of stock. Interestingly, they were still in stock, and SELLING them, in the same size, on their website, even as he was telling me different variations of them not having them. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he put me on hold for a bit and came back to tell me there were none available and someone would call me back….I'm betting there's a greater chance of me receiving the shoes that they don't have than I am a call (I'm still waiting for both). Between him basically telling me they took my money for something they didn't have, and then continuing to take people's money with no intention of filling the product order a week after they no longer had the product is borderline fraudulent but definitely a terrible practice and a great way to lose consumers! Don't risk your money with this company!
I rated it one star because I couldn't rate none. I placed a pick up order for one pair of shoes and it wasn't even ready two hours later. I called multiple times for an update and got hung up and and talked to rudely. The manager eventually told me to come to the store. Once I arrived they gave me trouble saying they weren't ready, and mind you there was maybe 3 customers in the store. All the workers gave me attitude and were extremely rude. And for miss this with the rbf and the smart mouth, fix ya side part before you talk to folks crazy. I would never in a million years recommend this store to anyone or purchase from them again.
Did not receive my orders and when I asked for a refund I have 4 emails apologizing a promising a full refund and it's all LIES! Waited on hold multiple times all the reps LIED! Automated responses "3-5 business days for you refund" LIES! 1 even offered $20 credit another LIE! Worst customer service I've ever had EVER! Never again! Stay away! You will not get your items and you will not get your refund! Just lies on top of more lies! Not only that the new automated emails I'm getting now AFTER I was promised the refund is "due to the large number of inquiries we can no longer process your refund" what does that even mean? Liars and thieves and you're a joke!
I made a mistake on my order and even though I did not initially receive an email support response right away, I called them next day and within 10 minutes they fixed my issue! The customer experience was polite, understanding and very helpful. The negative reviews had me anxious but my own real experience was more than excellent. Will be a repeat customer, thanks JD Sports!
I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter as a gift for Christmas and never got the item. I have the receipt that I pay for them, but they tell me that the purchase doesn't show in their system. I paid for the shoes and have the proof. They haven't resolve anything since December. I will never buy anything from them anymore.

My son ordered something online and we needed it for the next day it hadn't made it to the store yet so I had to pay for my item in cash and they were supposed to reimburse my card my credit card which I've been waiting and waiting and still haven't received my funds I tried calling customer service stayed on the phone for hours never spoke to anyone I tried contacting online all of my chats were ended before my issue was resolved It is very difficult to reach out to a representative and very frustrating

I ordered a pair of cloud nova forms. When I received them they had been worn and they were dirty on the toe of both shoes along with the soles. I call and sat on hold for right at 2hours only to be told to send them back for a replacement. They replaced them alright with the same pair I mailed back to them. How ignorant do you have to be to send someone used shoes not once but twice. As far as customer service there's not any. The girl that answered the phone was clearly at home and had noise going on the entire conversation. There are no repercussions for this business proving a terrible quality and terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from jd sports nor finish line again. Your company is a joke and should be shut down.

Do not shop here, they have the worst customer service! The manager a female is super ghetto, sucking her teeth at the register because she was trying to go home for the last hour according to her! I purchase pants they ring for the wrong price I told the guy, he called the Manager who basically said prove that the pants were not ringing up correctly…I had to walk over myself and get another pair that showed the correct sale price! She adjusted the price walked away and said nothing! You're welcome $#*!! That whole staff needs training!
