I've enjoyed shopping with Choxi, formerly known as Nomorerack. All the items I have ordered have been superb. The one item I returned was due to a color discrepancy. And the return was made easy & a credit was issued to my account. I'd refer people to Choxi any day.
I always look for sisal wrapped scratching posts (SP) because they have always, in my opinoin, lasted longer than the rope wrapped cardboard tubes. I have 5 fierce scratchers to protect my furniture from and this SP is the best distraction -- its height and especially its girth allows my 5 to get a real workout! I have gone back and purchased 4 more to spread around the houe -- and, yes, that means 1 for each cat, but they share depending on the room in which they're sharing with me.
Some of the great items I have enjoyed purchasing are not available. It is hard to buy when in stock as anyone can purchase the total amount that is available. This has happened to me several times. I have found several items that are fantastic buys. Overall Choxi is a good place to purchase when items are available.

I had to correspond by e. Mail, and that was a lot of the problem. I would ask a question, and get a different person responding every time, usually with a different answer, or the same response. I think I finally have it straightened out. It's certainly not going to keep me from doing business with Choxi though.
Very helpful with a question I had about a refund/exchange. Everything was made easy by the agent who helped me. I even received free return postage. The on-line chat function is very easy to navigate and Richel gave me all the answers I needed in a very courteous and professional manner. It made my life easier.
By now I suppose that I am a regular customer, having purchased several items. I think that I may have returned one or two items due to defect, but even with that I have not had one bad experience or purchase. I highly recommend Choxi to everyone who wants a great deal and even better customer service.
Quality merchandise at a reasonable price, low shipping and great communication
Big fan of Choxi (nomorerack) products are as described great prices and arrive in good time. The shipping $2 is good, but that is per item and can get pricy when purchasing multiple items. Better when there is a free shipping deal. They always have interesting and useful products. This purchase was a nuwave style table top oven. Roasted a chicken and veg dinner in the middle of a heatwave with out heating the whole house. Worth every penny. Will definitely use this site frequently.

I called to on two orders. The C. S. said she'd expedite the problem. One order I received this week & the other which I need for vacation STILL wasn't shipped. This is fustruating.
