I have been shopping with Choxi formerly Nomorerack for a couple of years now and have always found it to be enjoyable. The merchandise is good and the price is even better. I have bought bedding for three beds and find that the sheets and comforters are so comfortable and they would be three times the price at other stores. Please keep up the good work Choxi. I will be shopping for many years to come.
I had not received my items in about 2 weeks time, so I emailed my concerns to customer service. My items came about a week later.

The product they sell is rated a 1 unless you purchase a name brand such as Samsung. Everything I bought there other than the Samsung product is poorly rated!
I don't have an issue with Choxi website just their selected vendors.

My husband and I are both very allergic to metals. Including Gold. Our wedding rings made our hands break out. Finally, we found rings on Choxi that do not make us break out. And very inexpensive as well! Thank you!

My last few orders have been messed up! I ordered one size and received another, one pattern and color and received another pattern and color... so as you can see from my record I haven't ordered anything in a few weeks. I believe that's it for me.

Well this use to be my favorite site, but after getting my orders wrong and the wrong sizes then wrong shipping address, then not even getting my order then taking ten bucks off a return that I didn't even return but you guys made an address error. I'm sad to say I'm very unhappy with this site.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
