Foe the most part I have been very satisfied. Some items have been less than I expected, but that may have been the individual seller. This site enables me to give nice gifts( usually more expensive than I can afford) for less. Delivery is usually pretty quick, also.

In mid August I ordered a FitBit. The money has been deducted from my account but the item has not been delivered. I emailed customer service on 8/31/15 regarding this issue but have not received a response.

I have been a NoMoreRack / Choxi shopper for several years. They consistently deliver on quality products, fast shipping, low error rate, good packing, and a great selection! I recommend Choxi, especially for birthdays and Christmas! Stock up!
Shopping for the products are okay. A lot of the description does not go into detail. I think skipping a lot of chatter space, more information on product should take its place. Customer service, I don't really care for.

I have had a good experience. My issue now is Inhave not recievwd part of my order and it is going on 4 wks and not even a follow up to say where they are in this.
I had ordered a rug the first time and after 2 weeks and charging me for it you said you couldn't deliver.
Then on 8-20 I ordered a bicycle pet carrier and going thru the same thing again.
Either deliver or refund my credit card
I have found quite a bit through this site. The shipping is very reasonable and it's nice not to have to pay as much for shipping as perhaps about half the cost of your order.
I have made some purchases that were ok, but just ok, not outstanding. The last two purchases have been big disappointments. The ring was poor quality & too big. When I checked on exchanging it, I was told there is no exchange program. I could return it & would receive what I paid less $10.50 postage. After complaining, I was allowed to make the ring w/o being charged for the postage. Then I received the compression zipper socks. They were also a big disappointment. When I puut my foot in, a toenail caught on a thread & unraveled the overcast around the open toe. The overcast was loose, wadded & rubbed the ball of my foot. That seam should have been flat seamed. The zipper was rough on my leg because it nothing behind it to cushion your leg. I put them into a postage paid envelop to be returned & expect to receive a full refund. I would say I have learned my lesson, nomore Choxi.
I have ordered from Choxi many times lately their vendors are not sending what it shows on there website. You end up having to ship it back. Getting a direct answer from Management does not happen expeditiously. I have started looking elsewhere.

When I realized the case top was plastic, and the bottom drawer would not open, I contacted customer service. It was past the date for a return, because I was giving it as a gift, and it wasn't opened till past the deadline.
Customer service stepped in and contacted the vendor. They told me if there was a problem when I returned the case to the vendor, they would issue me a refund. I just got an e-mail stating that is exactly what happened.
I couldn't be happier with the way Choxi handled this issue. I've always had a positive experience when having to return items. I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
